Har nu brugt over 3 måneder på ikke at få en ny skærm også selvom det er indenfor garantien, kundeservice er sød men gør 90% af tiden ingen ting. Har over 10 gange ringet ind hvor de så har sagt “vi ringer tilbage imorgen” men det gør de ikke. Når der så endelig sker noget og man kommer fra kundeservice til AOC service, er de nogen ligeså storer idioter. Tak for en skærm der ikke virke og ingen hjælp.

brought a monitor on amazon on the the 1st sept 2023 and it arrived with a faulty display port have tried to RMA it 3 times in the last month being told it would be picked up the following day just to hear nothing more the picture quality on the monitor is exceptionally poor for a 2k monitor with bad ghosting when scrolling or while watching videos screen tearing while gaming is nauseating even at half the price i paid it would still not be worth it.
I cant return it to amazon as the return date passed while i was being messed about by AOC customer services, this company and their products are rubbish this is probably thew worst monitor i have ever seen and that includes the CRT monitors i had in the 90's

Kauft keine Sachen bei AOC geht etwas Defekt kriegt ihr kein Neues Monitor. Egal ob ihr Garantie hat oder nicht.

Customer service non existent. They dont reply via email. Calling them is ridiculously expensive. Very frustrating company! I just want to know how much it will cost for them to repair my monitor screen. Thats it! That's no rocket science stuff right?

About two years old aoc monitor just turned black and is now unresponsive, there is power but it wont show even the system menu. This is no coincidence this coincides with end of warranty. Please go for a better make with longer warranty period.

Garbage Lifespan Just Over 2 Years*

My guess is that most people coming here are to leave AOC low ratings because they have had an issue with their poor quality monitors.

For anyone checking reviews, pre-purchase, please reconsider and pay a bit more and go for a better brand.

My personal experience was that I purchased two of their 27E1H, 27" LCD monitors for a dual screen setup.

After a few months, one monitor started showing about 10mm or flickering lines at the bottom of the screen.

Contacted AOC support who after making me jump through a load of hoops, reluctantly replaced it.

A few months later another one of the monitors developed the same issue (not sure if it was the replacement or the other original monitor), which I never bothered getting replaced after the first experience, figuring I could put up with it as long as it didn't get worse. Some time later the third of these monitors started doing the same, but again left it as I couldn't be wasting time with AOC support as long as it never got worse.

Anyhow after about 3 years from the original purchase (just over 2 years* for the replacement), one of them did get worse and the flickering lines started to go further up the screen to the top, the colours would go all washed out and finally the screen would freeze.

Turning off and back on, the screen would start off OK again and the same would happen again.

At this point, it's obvious that that particular model must have had an inherent fault baked into the monitor from manufacture, but Stuart at AOC UK couldn't GAS and closed my ticket after saying an out of warranty repair could be done which would be far in excess of the original cost of the monitor.

Didn't even concede that THREE monitors with the same issue owned by the same customer may have had a QC issue from the factory.

Bought two new ones from another manufacturer and perfect!

Needless to say, I'll never purchase anything from AOC ever again and I suggest that if anyone is considering AOC, do some research and just check the reviews on Trust Pilot and then make your mind up.

Ils ont pris en charge mon écran en panne et l'ont remplacé, rien que ça ça mérite 5 étoiles même si les délais de livraison n'ont pas été respectés. Merci de votre professionnalisme, les agent téléphonique sont très efficace et courtois ça fait plaisir. Je recommande le service client.

Disgraceful customer service.
Monitor stopped working less than 3 months after purchase. Was offered 2 replacement different monitors as an alternative, rejected both as the spec was not as good as my original model. Now told (after chasing) that i will get a replacement monitor but they cant tell me if one if in the country, or how long it will take to get to me. I will just receive an update, when i get one - could be months. This was bought for my sons exams, and now he wont have a screen. The don't offer refunds!! I will never buy an AOC product again.

They provide no support to the monitor software they supply and zero out of warranty support. My monitor broke after 3 years and 12 days. Was basically told where to go.

6 skærme med alle samme problem, display port som enten ikke virker eller flimmer på skærmen, har mange kabler og det er ikke dem, det er AOC der snyder folk, jeg prøver at få pengene tilbage for den sidst skærm jeg har købt af AOC, køber ikke flere af dem.

After two years, the monitor began to show stripes. Local support responded and took the monitor. After the test, they said that the electronic unit was broken, but they do not know when they can change it. They offered to replace an old used monitor with worse characteristics. I refused.
Half a year has passed, I still don’t have a monitor, that is, when buying an AOC monitor, you pay a two-year rent at best.

Isto parece ser uma novela, mas não é. Tudo começou quando comprei um monitor AOC 27G2U a fevereiro de 2021. Depois de mais ou menos 1 ano, a março de 2022 começou a apresentar umas linhas horizontais na tela. Com isto, fiz RMA do mesmo para ver se conseguia resolver a situação. Depois de 1 mês, recebo outro monitor. Umas 2 semanas depois, O MESMO MONITOR APRESENTA OUTRA VEZ O MESMO DEFEITO QUE O ANTERIOR. Assim, enviei um email para eles a dizer a situação. Insisti que me dessem o reembolso mas não, não me quiseram dar. Esperei um pouco e em janeiro de 2023 fiz o pedido para me enviarem o TERCEIRO MONITOR, DESTA VEZ, UM NOVO, SELADO E TUDO, e adivinhem, ESTÁ COM A PORCARIA DO MESMO DEFEITO, PELA TERCEIRA VEZ. Com isto, enviei um email a reclamar disto e eles fecharam-me o ticket. Com isto, não comprem nada desta marca, é só porco o que eles fazem. 0/10.

Je m'en tiendrai aux faits, le nombre d'étoiles traduit mon mécontentement.
Ecran (24G2U/BK) toujours traité avec grand soin, tombé en panne au bout de 3 ans et 1 mois, juste après la fin de la garantie.
AOC me redirige vers un réparateur externe.
Le réparateur m'indique un "LED panel defect" dont le prix serait "almost the same price as buying the new monitor".

Bought a 300€ monitor a year ago (in theory I have 39 months warranty); now the monitor starts showing some faint horizontal lines for no reason.
When I try to contact the support the website keeps showing this message "Error: Session expired or invalid". I've tried with 3 different browsers, and tried submitting the case more than 5 times in each of them.

That is their customer support, make it show an error message so they don't have to deal with it.

Après 1 ans d'utilisation de mon écran AOC 24G2U 144 Hz, je n'ai rien du tous a lui reproché les couleurs son parfaites l'écran a une très bonne précision et très peu de latence !
Je recommande Fortement cette Marque

I am getting a similar non existent nonsense customer service experience as others are reporting. The service agent who asks me a question and for a picture of the monitor only resends the same questions I just answered and asks for photos again after I already have sent them. I think it must be someone using a response template who does not understand english. Learned my lesson to avoid AOC products.

Horrible service. I Have an AOC AGON monitor that started showing horizontal lines when cold. That is a well known issue with the samsung panel model this monitor has. Their support sent me a replacement monitor (refurbished) which has absolutely abysmal picture quality. The monitor is basically useless, as it has darker areas near edges which are very visible. The difference against the old monitor is like night and day. I sent clear evidence to them showing the issue, but AOC thinks it's fine and closed the ticket. They even censored my comment from their Facebook page. Get a monitor from some other brand who can handle their guarantee professionally.
