Appeal Shading Reviews

Dariusz carried out the installation to a very high standard . Instructions for operating blinds were clear

All communication from Appeal Shading regarding appointments were
professional and courteous

Our fitter, Steve Crampton was excellent and the product is good. The ordering process was a nightmare

Initially made contact with Ruth who was our contact for the design stage. She explained the whole process from fitting to payments. Ryan Marks was our surveyor and then came to fit. Again, all was explained and everything was very smooth. Ryan made sure we were happy with everything before he left. Really happy with the end product.

Darius is excellent at his work and the blind he fitted is perfect. Darius is a lovely gentleman and very respectful.
I would highly recommend.

From the survey to the installation Alan Robinson was professional, efficient and communicative. The quality of the electric automated blinds for the bi-fold doors is excellent, easy to operate. Thank you.

Darius was always very professional and helpful when resolving the problems we faced to enable a satisfactory fit. The final result is very pleasing.

Smoothglide Blinds: Having felt the benefits of Appeals honeycomb conservatory roof blinds that were fitted last year I have had Smoothglide honeycomb blinds installed on my bay window. I absolutely love them, high quality, they keep in the heat and give privacy too. Thanks to Rachel who listened to what I needed and explained the options clearly and to Dan who as before did a great job and left the lounge spotless when he finished fitting them.

Reported an issue with battery not holding a charge for more than 2 weeks or so.
Issue was dealt with quickly by Desree and resolved on site expertly by Dariusz

...and Dariusz was also excellent with our 4 Dogs! :)

Very easy process from start to finish. Communication from Appeal was great and installation was quicker than I anticipated. A Robinson did a very good job of installing our pinoleum blinds. He was very thorough and carefully explained how to use them/ maintenance requirements. They look stunning - we’re very pleased.

Dariusz our fitter was brilliant. Excellent fitting, great attention to detail, very experienced and knowledgable. Really helpful and explained everything clearly. Really pleased with the results.

The installer Dariusz was very communicative providing me with an accurate ETA before arriving. When at the property he was very polite and worked efficiently. He took time to explain what he was doing and demonstrated the remote control motor and was very professional all-round. I would highly recommend Dariusz to all other customers.

The product looks fantastic and I can already feel the difference it is making. Great company from the initial survey to install.

Very helpful and patient customer support team and we couldn't have asked more from our fitter, Dariusz. He arrived at the agreed time, was very careful that everything fitted as it should, and that we understood how the new motors should work and be maintained.

Ryan Mark's fitted blinds today and did the job very well and was very accommodating.

The website provided enough details to indicate that the company could do colour matched insect blinds. The friendly sales representative explained the finer details of how they operate on windows and on the outside of the patio doors. He also gave us time to consider the bespoke quote. The friendly surveyor did well measuring up and later fitting the blinds efficiently. The quality is excellent and they are very discreet, we are happy and would recommend them.

The whole process has been great from the initial design to the fitting. The fitter today, Ryan Marks, also did the survey. He is friendly and professional and worked quickly and tidied up at the end. He demonstrated how the fly screens worked. I am happy with it all.

Pergola fitted by Charles with skill and with no fuss and delivers exactly what we were looking for.

Dariusz made the whole experience seem easy with his professionalism, and expertise. That said i would like to thank the whole Appeal team as always they go above and beyond

Very professional company. A little on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for. This guarantees none of the " buy cheap, pay twice" trap. I've done that too many times. These are likely to last 20 plus years and beyond.
I was kept up-to-date on the progress.
The blinds are exactly what I wanted. They were fitted by Ryan Mark's, who arrived on time. He was polite, friendly and incredibly efficient. Had two large, one small blind and an insect screen fitted within a couple of hours at most. Absolutely amazing job thank you to all.
