ArcataPet.com Reviews

I had a question and called and they were very helpful in answering. I placed my order online and it was shipped out and received quickly. Good prices as well...

Received excellent service from Arcata Pet. The collar I ordered for my cat arrived within four days and was exactly what I wanted at a very reasonable price. Thank you!

I love ordering from Arcata Pet. Not only are their products good price and good quality, but they are shipped out promptly. They are my first and usually only stop when I am shopping for pet supplies.

Referred to ArcataPet.com by a friend. Website very easy to use. Product information very good. Purchased Organic Pet Superfood Joints Formula by Bixbi. Have decided to give this supplement to both of my dogs and will be ordering more product was shipped quickly shortly.

Love how fast they get my order out!
This is the best rat food I have found, and I've searched a lot! My little guy is very happy with all the variety and I'm happy to give it to him! It keeps him fit and enjoying mealtime.
Have ordered several times and not had any problems.
Thamks Arcata!

I ordered a NovaGuard collar. Upon arrival it did not fit properly. I called and they. We're quick to offer suggestions. And had another size sent immediately. I unfortunately had to pay shipping again to get the replacement, and the cost of shipping to return the wrong size was so expensive it wasn't worth making the return.
But they tried to help and I recommend the company.

Not however the Novaguard, as the new size also didn't work and actually scrapped my dogs head to the point of bleeding, and I am out a lot of money in shipping and product.

I finally found some mylar balls for my 16 year old cat it's been very hard for me to find some this is the only toy that she will play with so I am very happy to have found them thank you!

I PURCHASED THIS ITEM@ ARCATA PETS CAZ THIS PRODUCT ANY WHERE ELSE IS VERY EXPENSIVE,MY DOG BOSCO IS GETTING OLDER &THIS PRODUCT IT FANTASTIC.THE COMPANY ARCATA PETS IS GREAT I'M VERY PLEASED & WOULD DIFFERENTLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY 2 MY FRIENDS & FAMILY.

I look forward to when our 7 month old kitten wakes up from her nap to play with her using her new peacock feathers. Our old kitten loved peacock feathers, but I haven't seen any for sale until I found this website.

We have ordered several products over the years, most recently some soft cones for our cat. The shipping cost to Canada for inexpensive items makes it more worthwhile to buy in bulk, but they ship very quickly and send updates so you know where your order is all the way along, so it is still worth it for us. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again!

I am a return and satisfied customer! I purchased a female eclectic parrot for my mom in VA. I live in NJ. We supplement her normal food with the eclectus brand that's offered. We tried to totally get away from the store brand food where I purchased her, however, she was 3 yrs old when I purchased her and refused to eat anything else. The compromise was the store brand along with the avian science super eclectus bird seed! She loved it!! Will keep coming back!! Thanks.

I purchased a Bizzy dog bed while visiting family in Florida, my dog fell in love with it and soon discovered that our cat did as well. I wanted to find another one and the company suggested Arcata Pet because they were the closest to New Mexico (where we live). Chris was above and beyond accommodating. He contacted me as soon as their shipment arrived, sent me photos and took my order over the phone. The bed arrived and all pets are extremely happy. This is a great bed at a great price. Thank you Arcata Pets!!!!!!

I ordered toys and other things for my dog and everything was great

I order peacock feathers for my cat and she absolutely loved them. I passed some on to my daughters cats and they went crazy for them. Now when I go over to visit they come running up to me looking for more. Needless to say I placed a second order. I am sure I will be placing more since they service was really great. Highly recommend!

I don't leave my house much since I have 2 kids under the age of 5 and a 4x4 truck that's hard on gas. I ordered 5 5lb bags of sand for one of my fish tanks it was reasonably priced, I received it quicker than I expected, and somehow they managed to pack all those bags in one box. I will definately be using this website again.

I recently placed an order from their website and it shipped promptly. After receiving it, I realized it was too big to fit my dog. I received a quick response and instructions on how to return it and they refunded me promptly. I would recommend and shop from this company in the future.

Can't give any better review since I never received my order. Took my money and ran?
