ArcataPet.com Reviews

I am so pleased with my purchase and the quick shipment! I've looked everywhere locally trying to find a replacement collar for my German Shepherd...she has an in-between neck size and her old collar has been soaked too many times and was stretched. Arcana Pet carries high quality gear and I will be purchasing from them again a Day referring other people too!😊

I was impressed with the riridiculouly cheap price of these manly black color plastic crocks for my 28 year old African Grey and stunned when they were delivered in a few days. I would've rathered saved on shipping by not only have the choice of priority or higher charges. I can wait for a good thing!

Great product. Fast shipping. Great price!!!

I found the schnauzer keychain that I'd been searching for however it was out of stock. I requested notification when it would be available again. I wasn't disappointed because a few weeks later I received a back in stock email. This company's service is excellent. After ordering my keychain, I received it a few days later, much sooner than when I expected it. The keychain was well worth the wait. Highly recommend ordering from this company.

all the good names in fish food, delivered in two days

I have to add a 5 rating for the great customer service. My product arrive not quite wholesome but this company took very efficiently care of the issue, apologized and rendered a swift refund without asking for the damaged product back. I appreciate the care they took to make me feel as a valued customer. It's nice to know that this company really cares. I will order products again in the very near future.

The collar is great for a pet that chews or that is having surgery. I have been useing it prio to her surgery to see how she will do and she is not trying to get it off. That is great. She is a Malinois. If you know anything about the breed, they can get out of anything. She is fine with it. I am very pleased. Thank you. I recommend it.

Received my dog's coat quickly - nice item - great customer service - thank you!

Very easy to order and was so surprised my order arrived so fast

It was delivered in more than one week faster than they said. It came unbroken. Kudos!

I purchased a snowsuit for my dog. The shipping was fast. The quality of the suit is excellent. I'm very happy and will shop here again.

Petsmart didn't carry or evn know about tag silencers, so they drove me here. Sure, the shipping was more than double the cost of the item, but it got to Miami so fast I didn't care. Worth a couple extra bucks to get it a day later than I would have, assuming I could find it, and even then the time and gas I'd spend made it worthwhile. Should have bought more of the same item.

I found important treatments for my fish tank that I couldn't find in Petco or even specialty fish stores. AND the prices were extremely reasonable! The order seemed to arrive in a blink of an eye! I'm glad to have found Arcata Pet.

I received just what I ordered and it was of good quality. I paid a little more than I would have on another online retailer, but I didn't have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive it, rather it arrived in 2-3 days. It was worth it!

I received my parakeet mirrors very fast and they are of good quality. Would order again from this company.

Ordered two replacement parrot food dishes. Was VERY HAPPY with my purchase. It was so easy to place the order, and the delivery was very prompt. Thank you so much!

fast and accurate. Thank you

Stores where I live do not offer the variety of pet supplies for dogs that I am interested in.
I use Arcata Pet.com for safety lights and reflective products for walking dogs at night (I have a black dog). The toys are always a big hit too.

great! hard to find replacement product shipped super fast on christmas eve!

It is hard to find good crocks for parrots. The ones I ordered were well priced, as described. The description on the web site was accurate. Order came in fast.
