Really happy we ordered from this company. The regular updates before delivery were great. Received text messages regarding delivery times.
Two men that delivered the furniture were really nice and helpful.
Instructions were very easy to follow, I built it myself then just needed help putting the top on the desk
Furniture is great quality so will probably order some more matching items

Delivery was less than expected
Delivery was less than expected, the driver was very helpful. I tried to make the coffee table and was not easy to follow the instructions but the screws didn’t stay in place and the pressure on , made one side of the table to broke in 2 pieces. The support center was not helping with anything other than telling me was no return or refund. I have a table now that I have to pay for and not even can use it. I requested if its possible to buy only the part what is broken and they couldn’t help me. The entertainment center not even tried to make it and I’m afraid not to have the same issue.

Poor material quality and non-existent…
Poor material quality and non-existent customer service. The veneer along the edge was cracked and chipped, exposing raw board underneath. When I contacted them directly and spoke to their customer service, they refused to take responsibility and completely stopped replying when I asked for a fair resolution. The unit looks okay mounted, but the quality is poor and the support is worse.

There were parts missing
There were parts missing. Ie; hinge and no plates to attach to back of unit to fix it to the wall. I had to go and purchase these items from a DIY store.i would have returned the unit but id waited a while for the delivery
