We have had the set for a few years. Didn't know what the style were. But after a Google picture search, it gave me the exact match. Went and ordered the set.
Swift delivery and has hoped, it was the exact match. No doubt we will add to the collection going forward.

I recently contacted Arthur Price regarding a material issue with a few pieces from my Signature Echo cutlery set. I was incredibly impressed by how helpful, polite, and swift their customer service team was. They honored their 50-year warranty without any fuss and sent out brand-new replacements immediately. It is rare to find this level of dedication to craftsmanship and consumer care these days. Highly recommended!

Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. For some reason, one of the AP discount codes didn’t work and so when I phoned the customer service team, they were very happy to just refund me the discount at the point of purchase. Very good customer service from AP.

Outstanding customer service
We ordered a new canteen of cutlery to replace the set of mis-matched knives and forks we had accumulated over the years.
We wanted something that was timeless and could stand up to normal family life including the dishwasher. Unfortunately the set developed flaws in the surface which we were unhappy with. Whilst that was bad news, Arthur Price's customer service was outstanding! The flawed pieces were replaced without issue (initially the flaws were only showing on one type of knife). When it happened again AP refunded the full set, even though we hadn't kept the box.
Marion T dealt with all our emails promptly and professionally.
