Support was really responsive, empathetic, and helped get my keystep 37 fixed in a jiffy. One of the best companies in the space currently, own two of their products and won't ever sell either.

I own several devices from Arturia and am more than satisfied with the quality of the products.
Recently my Keystep 37 was damaged (rotary switch damaged). My support request was answered quickly and competently. My additional questions were answered, an ideal solution was found and and the required spare part was provided to me by Arturia.
As of today, I can only report good things about the company.

I'm so happy with my Arturia experience. Not only do i have a few instruments but also their line of Virtual instruments which have been with me for a number of years. Recently i had an issue w/a hardware piece and was able to get it resolved through their technician and it all worked out so great. I would always highly recommend Arturia to any creative. Super-inspiring products & best support
I decided to register on Trustpilot especially to give something back to Arturia both for the great products and the excellent support. My history with Arturia started since the pandemic when I bought the Polybrute synth. I fell in love with the sound, possibilities and versatility of this instrument and though I had a few issues to sort out with my set up in the beginning, the guys from Arturia, and in particular Guillaume, have been with me all along. Recently I also bought the Audiofuse Studio interface which allowed me to use 3 decks for my DJ sets as well as providing fantastic instrument connectivity. Once more Arturia excelled not only in the product but in the support and for that reason a review had to be made!

My white noise generator was broken so I registratet it and got quick answer from arturia. That wasn't just robots who answered on my email acc. I was nearly updated every day about how my drumbrute was going. I was sending it to France to repair. Got it back repaired in one week that was awesome :)

Sold my Keylab essentials 49 on ebay and the new customer said he could not register the software, contacted them at 16:40 on a Saturday and they had it resolved in about 15 minutes, great brand, products and of course service too! *****
Don't buy - bad support - bad products!
Arturia KeyLab MkII 61 Black bought at thomann, in April 2022.
installed driver and software, but not working with Logic Plugins such as Steven Slade Drums or all Native Instruments plugins.
Contacted Arturia Support which only answered after 4 days with a std. mail. Followed instructions but no positive effect. Emailed back and forth but frankly speaking it looks like they are not reading it and you get only std. answers back. BAD BAD Support !!! Will send back the Arturia to Thomann today and select another Midi Keyboard from a vendor which is more customer friendly. In addition, the Arturia whatever 5 plugin didn't download from their website at all. What a bad company. Oh I forgot to mention that the keys on this keyboard are razer sharp at the end.

Support Is Top Notch
I bought a KSP for cheap from Guitar Center--come to find out later the power was faulty from when I opened the box. After much time with Arturia support, eventually I sent it back to them and got it back fixed--good as new without spending a cent. This is amazing support and more companies should help their customers rather than punish them with insurance fees. My only gripe is how long it takes to stay in touch with support, but I'm sure they have their hands full. I feel comfortable buying Arturia, knowing if something goes wrong, they will make it right eventually.

Just purchased pigments and had to share the FACT that this is by margins the best Software synth I've ever heard it's literally mind blowing how good it sounds out of the box in fact it's absolute NUTS if your looking to buy a new synth don't even so much as bother demo'ing anything else just buy this and thank me later✌🏼ARTURIA I LOVE YOU FOR MAKING THIS!! seriously though great job guys👌🏻

I dropped something on an Arturia…
I dropped something on an Arturia device of mine, it was 100% my fault. It broke a small glass panel and made using the device irritating. I assumed that was it, but on a whim, I emailed Arturia support, and they got back to me in less than 24hrs. In in less than 48hrs, they had already sent me a replacement part, which they only charged at cost, as in four dollars. I was amazed they took the time to address my concern, help me out, and with an odd request that was not their responsibility, on top of that. Truly top notch customer service.

Mi experiencia con el equipo de soporte de Arturia fue de lo mejor. Les cuento: Tuve un inconveniente con mi equipo a los 8 meses de haberlo comprado, y llame a la tienda (la cuál es partner de Arturia) pero como habían pasado más de 6 meses no me quisieron reconocer la garantía. Inmediatamente, les escribí a soporte de Arturia, y de una vez me respondieron solicitándome los datos requeridos y me informaron que ellos dan 1 allí de garantía a nivel global. Entre correos van y vienen, llegamos a After Sales, y la decisión fue reemplazarme la unidad, ellos se encargaron de comunicarse con la tienda y coordinaron la entrega. En conclusión, me entregaron mi unidad de reemplazo, y todo terminó en buen término. Muy contento con el Soporte de Arturia.

I've been always helped out and well assisted any time I reached them. They also gave me a huge help about with some old VSTi I owned and with this I solved a serious problem I had. They're very friendly and kind, honestly I don't understand bad review here. I don't think I'm the lucky one.
