I’ve been doing business with Atolyestone for over 4 years. Great product & quick delivery. Never had an issue.

I have purchased at least 10 pieces from Atolyestone to date, and every single one has exceeded my expectations. I bought a pendant advertised as 925 sterling silver, but when I took it to a jewelery for repair as the clasp broke after 1 wear, they immediately suspected it was stainless steel.

They performed a blowtorch and acid test, and it did not react like silver should, instead, it turned black and looked completely burned. The jeweler confirmed it's not silver. When I contacted the company, they told me they "plate them for aesthetic reasons", which was never mentioned in the product description. I even offered to send it back for testing, but instead of addressing the issue, they just offered me a 10% discount code as a response. (Not kidding this is their customer service)

Extremely disappointed with both the product and how they handled this. Beware.

During My visit to London a Week ago, I ordered a Ring in solid Silver at Atolyestone Office in Regent Street.
7 Days later the Ring was delivered on My Frontdoor, back Home in Denmark

We got our wedding bands in white gold with rubies and black diamond last year. We met the owner who is very nice in Soho, showed us collection and was very nice and accommodating. This year my partner got me silver bracelet with rubies for Xmas to complement the ring and I love it. Customer service was very responsive , we got the bracelet as it looked on pics . I love their design as it brings Byzantine glamour wrapped with modern design . Definitely would buy again from Atolyestine.

I ordered a bracelet for my husband for our Wedding Anniversary, they went out of their way to make sure I got it on time. My husband loves the bracelet, it is really good quality.

After losing my bracelet, Atolyestone replaced this with an identical one (including engraving) free of charge. I have have found their customer service exemplary. Thank you!

Such poor quality of product and service. Husbands metal braclet frayed and broke at both ends at the clasp, less than a year old. We asked for a replacement, Atolyestone would not replace it as its outside of the warranty. Offered us a discount to buy another and said they were in business to make a profit.

Appalling customer service. My partner ordered me a bracelet with a small engraving on the inside. They have sent a smaller size bracelet than ordered which caused injury to my wrist as it has sharp rings holding two wires together. They refuse to help in any way and asked me to order another with a discount 😂.
I might have to pursue my rights legally as they are ignoring everything, so let this be a warning to all who want to order from them.

Absolutely apawling customer services. Their attitude and arrogance was just unbelievable x live chat does not work. Website lacks clarity. I spent days scrolling through their products for a special 18 year old birthday present. Needed information about engraving and as to whether the pendant came with a chain (which was not clear). Spent hours on the live chat with no response. Write several email which remained un responded and de used to place the order anyway. Finally wrote s WhatsApp message and their response was that they are NOT A PIZZA SHOP. I tried to explain that it had been days I was trying to get in touch with them. They mentions that the live chat did not work I lasted the evidence of my emails and several attempts of communication and cancelled the order. The birthday is approaching and I need to buy from somewhere else. It does not suffice to take advantage of adds in social media to reach millions of people and treat grid customers with such poor attitude. Although their products seem nice to be treated with respect is more important.

Outstanding designs at a variety of prices. Excellent customer services and fabulous packaging.

Will definitely use again.

I order a pendant from their website, despite them stating that the shipping is 2-5 business days (I live in a town near London) I waited for 3 weeks after which they informed me that they could not make the pendant that THEY DESIGNED THEMSELVES due to a manufacturing error.

I think this tells you enough about their jewelry…

We were shocked at the gorgeous presentation once received: the wool cover, hardwood box with your logo in gold embedded, and the beautiful interior of the box!! Just took delivery of a anchor statement bangle and classic bangle in gunmetal they both look absolutely fantastic together,the clasp seems a bit fidgety hopefully get used to it for quality of workmanship would definitely recommend

I contacted them directly and have never experienced customer service like it, really was unparalleled. So friendly, helpful and new bracelet dispatched super speedily. Will absolutely purchase from them in future.

Ordered the Leo pendant and chain for my sons 21st. It arrived on time, absolutely beautifully packaged and the quality was superior, so much better than expected and to be honest so much better in every way compared to a necklace ordered from Tiffany for my daughter. My son loved it. Just perfect. Would highly recommend and will absolutely buy again.
