After vigorously looking for a decent van driver and auto capital they had the perfect van for my needs organised a booking which was on a Sunday that unheard of went there spoke to Keith who was a down to earth guy not a robot and had a smile that could melt butter purchased van I stayed to Keith needed asap picked up next day also Ali who looked over van and kept me updated on things to do to keep van running good ie like regular service cannot fault these two guys very good experience

The worst cowboys I have come across
Absolute shambles of an organisation, the worst I have dealt with, wish could give minus stars, can only think that their employees have bumped up their trust pilot rating.
Collected a 9 seater, where the engine warning light came on 5 miles into collection despite the wait at the office while they assured us it was serviced??
Had to provide a courtesy van and then were to deliver the 9 seater when serviced and fixed.
Delayed delivery and when the 9 seater arrived we drove it and within a mile the same warning light came on. The refund was a pain to organise and had to wait for them to deal with this mess.
Massive waste of time and clueless level of customer care AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Start here for search and save your time
Not a serial reviewer but they deserve one !! We had spent days over several month looking at numerous vans at different suppliers and although based in Kent we made the decision to widen our search and glad we did.
They have all the different manufacturers vans to cater for whatever you need and the sales approach is helpful and not pushy so a joy to deal with and all the vans pricing to review the differences was a simple approach and can view at own leisure.
Although we left to think ee actually went back 40 minutes before they were due to close and they moved a lot of vans to get it out and stayed back to go through the process and we left with a superb van.
We did discover when we left that the van aerial was missing and a small bumper trim must have come off on the journey home.
before we called the following day for the Aerial they did a courtesy call to check everything and the experience, we highlighted the small issue and that day they arranged for the aerial to be sent and also sorted out the trim ….. my advice, don’t waste days looking at different van suppliers , just go here and get good vans and great service !

Great Service
Spoke over the phone with Ibrahim regarding the van, flew down from Scotland and discovered the van was just as described. Spotless with only minor body stone chips etc, the guys even changed the front grille badge on the spot because of a crack. Drove 6.5 hours home with no issues, thanks Ibrahim and Auto Capital.

Auto Capital - Zero After Sales Service
I bought a very high milage van from Auto Capital in Parr Road, Stanmore.
They sold me a van with many faults which I didn't know until I started facing issues. The van was from Nov 2021, and had manufacturer's warranty on it for 5 years from new.
Day 1, the van wouldn't lock as the door contacts were not clean or good. So I brought it back very next day and Keith was dealing with me. He was very reluctant to do anything but when I insisted he got his engineers to look at it. I still have same issue reoccurring.
Because the van had manufacturers warranty, so they didn't give me their warranty although I paid full asking price for it.
Next issue I had was oil leak from engine, I called their aftercare several times,without success and no reply. They have option 2 when you call their main number for afters sales but waste of time.
They couldn't help me and I was referred to get it fixed under manufacturer's warranty but they couldn't give me their contact details.
The Van they sold me had many issues and one was very serious, whilst driving the van even at less than 20 miles per hour, wheels locked and the van swirled, the I lost control and hit the lamp post and damaged the side loading door.
Finally, I manged to find the dealer who would repair the oil leak but they gave me date 7weeks away. I booked it.
I was assured the van was road worthy but it wasn't. They had over filled the engine oil because they probably new there was issue with the van. Adblue was virtually empty which I had to fill in the first week. I was assured the van was ready to drive.
Keith, deals with the afters sales but will never help if you have any issues. He will challange you at every step.
Be careful, I don't recommend you to buy any van from them, new or second hand. They will not support you if you experience any problems.
If you don't trust my experience than by all means spend your money with them and see what happens.
They sell brand new Maxus Deliver 9 but they couldn't help me with the manufacturers warranty repairs contact details. I had to find this by myself.
Very doddgy company. I would never buy from Auto Capital again. They are bunch of cowboys. I would never trust them. Most of the 5star reviews if not all are fake. Don't fall for it.

This company has competent sales personnel in various fields who give expert advise and information about the cars. Not disputing the fact that it is known as London's largest vehicle specialist and also has a partnership with GAP insurance. Vehicles are vigorously tested and legitimate results are given. This is a really great company.
