Very quick and nice employees

I had an appointment for 1pm for a windscreen replacement due to a large crack in it. I arrived at exactly 1 pm to be told that there is 2 cars ahead of me for the technician and it will be 5pm before my car will be ready. I then proceeded to be told it is a first come service, so after all that I am not sure what sort of buisness they are running. I would look at you insurance and choose an alternative company

Excellent service got a windshield replacement the guy that done it was an absolute gent and got it done in 30 mins highly recommended

Auto glass in navan,excellent service ,had two cars broken into on a tueaday night and by friday both glasses had been sorted .great service and fast turn around and the two lads are great I woukd highly recommend .

I recently contacted Autoglass because I have a stone chip on my windscreen,the website says "we will updateallways try to repair a windscreen before we replac it" but when I booked my car into Autoglass in Castlebar, co mayo, they told me, "that we only replace the windscreen because it doesn't pay us to repair them so who Is miss leading the customer?update, a very nice man from autoglass called Kevin has resolved my problem, and my windscreen will be replaced after I took his very professional advice, I have given him 5 star's, well done Kevin, u are the top man.

Very disappointing experience.

I booked a windscreen replacement with Autoglass in December 2025, and over the course of almost a month my appointment was repeatedly rescheduled. I was given a variety of reasons including being too busy, system errors where my booking supposedly didn’t exist, and last-minute cancellations on the day of the appointment.

On one occasion no technician arrived at all. On another, I was informed shortly before 9am that no technician was available. The next available date offered was almost four weeks after the original booking, which is completely unacceptable for a straightforward windscreen replacement.

Communication was poor, scheduling was unreliable, and I had no confidence that the appointment would ever take place. I eventually cancelled the claim and moved to another provider, who handled everything quickly and professionally.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Autoglass.

Had two technicians from Longford come out to replace my windscreen only to find that my headliner was falling down which it wasn’t before although they said it was. I asked for a before photo to prove it but was never given one and was told to ‘fix it myself’ I am disgusted with this behaviour.

Got autoglass from longford to replace my windscreen In large van then they sent one lad to do the job! Big and heavy window for one lad. Damaged badly the post on the side plus the door got damaged from the arm that he was using, I contacted them to report damage straight away then the manager from Longford called me and was very nasty over the phone that they didn’t damage my van even I sent him a photo before the job was done I would stay away from them!!!

My experience with trying to get in touch with the AA (my insurance broker) and Allianz was terrible. I ended up just filling in the Autoglass form online. When I rang Autoglass to check up on what I needed to do, they were really helpful. They emailed or rang to give me an update. They advised that I could still drive the car even with the crack. This was one of the things I couldn't find out from AA or Allianz. As soon as Allianz confirmed that I was covered for the damage, Autoglass rang to arrange an appointment.

Very fast and efficient highly recommended!

I rang last week for replacement windscreen. They could have come out on Thursday, but I deferred til Monday. They arrived (as stated) in the morning. P
A very pleasant man removed and replaced quickly + efficiently... He even put my discs back.in a new holder !

2 weeks trying to get someone to call out from the longford area, it was either short notice or they couldn’t book me ahead. Was working in castlebar and I rang them explained to the lovely girl she rang me back and said Kevin would be be out she rang an hr later to say he be there in 5mins. I had only told them one chip he spotted another and was so nice very fast and efficient he did both for me in about 20/30 mins. 10/10service with Kevin and customer service I never got the girls name in castlebar

Charged me 172euro for fixing a minor chip. Booked in to fix 2 chips but only one was fixable. Wouldn't refund me the price of one chip as they "attempted" to fix it was their response. Terrible service. Avoid.

Very happy with the workmanship. Had my Q7 screen replaced and they needed to also calibrate the camera for lane assist on it. They dealt directly with my insurance company and sorted it all. Had it booked in within the week and back out as good as new. Top class thanks guys!

Bought a BMW 5 series off them nothing but problems , had to go back 6 times with in the space of 7 months, kept denying that there was a problem with the car. Even tho multiple alerts on the system . Had to get rid of the car 10 months on as the issue keep ongoing. They also informed me they don’t service the cars unless the need too, 25k for a car and the car wasn’t even serviced , laughable.
The staff up there are horrific even the main guy think he’s names Tony , ripped off and fobbed off. Never ever will I buy a car off these guys, and would recommend anyone that’s looking off them to steer clear

Windscreen cracked on my GOLF rang office, girl on reception rude. Went online, it took a week for callout. Sean arrived this morning, so so professional. Did his job, cleaned windscreen put all my discs and mirror back up. Friendly, and so so happy with job. 100%.
