I wouldnt give any stars if I could! The appointment made for 27th May to replace the line cracked wind glass on my car was delayed to 10th Jun which still cannot be done! The excuses were: text message that Autoglass received the man who was supposed to do the job was sick on 27th May and today the man was having an emergency!! Twice already, I had have myself available for the two appointments the day before and the plans were just ruined by excuses! This is absolutely unacceptable! The service reeeeealy horrible!

I wouldnt use Autoglass if I were the car insurance companies because I am thinking to change the insurer if Autoglass is there only business partner!

Absolutely horrible company to deal with with customer service nonexistent fitted wrong windscreen impossible to deal with and yes this work was carried out in Ireland not the uk !! If it wasn’t auto glass then the name on the side of the van that I clearly have pictures of must be my imagination!!!

I would leave a 0 if I could.
They changed my window screen on 18th April. One of the employees scratched the car's bumper. We had to call and complain a lot of times before they finally made us an appointment to get our car fixed. The appointment was on 25th April at 8am. When we came to collect the car, the next day, we noticed that they only painted the corner of the bumper and it wasn't the same colour. I asked them to fix it, but they said to call them on Tuesday to make a new appointment. The next appointment was on 9 May at 9 am. At 12pm, they asked me to collect the car because they close at 1 pm, but they didn't fix it. We went back there today (12th May) and they had repainted the corner of the bumper, but it's still not the same colour.
Whenever I call customer service, they tell me they can't put me through to the technicians. They say the managers are all having lunch and they'll be back in 30–40 minutes. But a few minutes later, I get an email from the manager asking for pictures. I'm very disappointed and frustrated. They didn't act in a professional way.

I was in the Tramore road Autoglass in cork about two weeks ago for a Tesla model 3 windshield and I was shocked by how efficient they were in there everything was finished in two hours for €600 Tesla charge around €1300 so I was delighted!

Really poor communication. We were waiting for nearly a month to confirm if windscreen repair is eligible to be covered by our insurance. We called our insurance in the end and they said that there was no inquiry from Autoglass. Gave us an appointment for 9 am but when we came in said that the place is open at 9 and that it does not mean that we will have a replacement done. Please avoid at all cost! Poor communication, customer service and very disorganized

Abbey on the phone was so helpful in getting me sorted super professional and attentive 100% recommend . I filled out the request wrong she handled it brilliantly thanks so much

Wish I could give zero stars. Had a chip in my front windscreen occur on 6th February. Had contacted Autoglass via the website as they say it's the quickest way to organise repair. Received an email that someone will contact me shortly. Over the space of 7 days I had phoned 4 times because no-one got back to me. By that time the chip had expanded right across the window because of the cold weather.Their website has false advertising... nobody got back to me, and the person that was supposed to come to my workplace on the 13th,.. didn't even show up. Do not touch this company!!! Shocking how they treat their customers.

Just had my windscreen done and it took an hour, quick appointment date, 10/10

I got a crack driving up from the country on Friday I logged a message on Saturday I have my new windscreen done on Monday AM I'm delighted the lad was nice ans and friendly and finished the job in an hour 👍 top marks customer service on my side

Think of the worst possible service, then tripple that and your almost there. They wasted enough of my time, not wasting anymore recounting in detail the terrible experience of dealing with these.

Autoglass, a total disaster, cant hold down appointment dates, don't bother to contact you with rough repair times even though you receive a text to say they would contact you.

Worse still you take time off work to hang around to have your widescreen replaced at a loss of firstly 8hr and then to be told it will take another 4hrs, Crazy stuff.

Total disaster honestly.

Booked in 2 days ago and paid by card to have a windscreen replacement as soon as possible and was told it would be done on Monday, and that their booking team will call early Monday morning to let me know what time they would be with me at.
Took the day off unpaid, no sign of the call and after me chasing them I'm now told I still have to wait for the booking crew to call me and it won't be done today!
Wouldn't mind, but a closer/better company told me they could of done it this afternoon after calling them!
Avoid.

Very helpful and fast service, I rang yesterday about my windscreen and It was done by 11:30am today, highly recommend going with autoglass

Dealing with Autoglass is like a sketch from monty python. They will tell you anything so they don't have to come out to you. The window, when it was finally replaced after weeks, was replaced well and fitter was a really nice guy. Broke 3 clips removing front cowel, didn't have right sized clips so was planning to drill the holes bigger. I told him to leave it. Also was wearing trousers with metal studs on the front and grubby old gloves. Left a few scratches on dash and a few scuffs around the A pillar, which buffed out. Was glad when it was over. Wouldn't recommend.

7 Weeks ago I had someone from this crowd come out to replace a windscreen. During the replacement this individual broke my windscreen wiper but promised they would provide a replacement. 3 Weeks ago I called them to find out why I hadn't heard from them or received the wiper and they apologised saying the guy who did it has been on holidays since and that's why nobody was doing anything about it. But now this time they assured me it was being taken care of. Today I called to see what the story was and the person on the phone asked if they could ring me back as they needed to call the place they were ordering the wiper from to see if it came in.. I did not receive a return phone call from them.
Bottom line :
Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, such absolute bs I've been getting. Don't bother, find somewhere else!

Were meant to come on a Friday to fit car window rang me and told me window they were to fit cracked so could not come lies only one window in store for 2010 bmw 3 series. Then reschedule for next Tuesday at 5 rang me at half 4 said cant come family problem what a load getting window replaced elsewhere and axa no better when I rang them they were backing them up run a mile.

I had them to replace windscreen on truck.
Terrible work quality , missing screws all trim misaligned just randomly thrown together when asked about that they talk their way out of it, was told those are your problems to fix, we just replace windscreen.
Terrible , terrible attitude toward customer. Would never use again, very unreliable without any responsibility, including very rude staff in call centre.
How are they still accepted by community , I can’t understand.

I have never had so much stress from one company. Dealing with some of the ladies on the phone was very time consuming and felt like i was talked over a lot. I was told one of the depots they assigned me to just didn't want to fix the chip in my windscreen so when i spoke with the girl and said so he gave me misleading information as he told me that the chip was non repairable that i would need to pay €400 for a new windscreen, she told me he has a reputation to protect that he didn't need tarnished, even the choice of words were mind blowing. So i went to get a second opinion from a different garage and the guy said there was no problem at all to fix the windscreen he was happy to proceed to work on it. When i rang back to explain to the girl on the phone she spoke over me told me she reads off a script and that is all she has to do and if i had a problem to go back to "yer man" you were dealing with. The girls need a lot of training in customer service and their choice of words when dealing with the public when speaking with them i felt they took everything personal and didn't want to help if what you needed was not on her script. I would highly recommend for you to use any other service then this one. It is appalling from start to finish. The girls on the phone act and sound very young and immature.

Sean looked after me today was so helpful. Lovely man did a really great job, I would definitely recommend.

Told me and my husband we had no cover at time of incident 3 times,I rang insurance they said NOT correct ,then we called Mr Windscreen who said I was fully covered up to 1500euro.
Repair done ,hassle free .
My advice use Mr windscreen not autoglass .

The customer service in autoglass Sound like 18 year old conor mcgregors and thats just the girls -so cringe.
