Most awful company I have ever used
Most awful company I have ever used. I think the owner is called Martin? My vehicle broke down due to the clutch going after 29,000 miles and they had told me to email them with a garage diagnostic, which my garage kindly did. Then he rang me back saying the policy does not cover clutches, I then went back to read the policy and it clearly stated that it does cover clutches, I then rang Martin to confront him and put him on the spot before he began to lie to me and say they do not cover clutches (which it clearly states otherwise) he then asked me to forward the policy to him highlighting where it says it, so I did so. I then rang him to see if he had received the email he then began to start rejecting my calls and hanging up the phone. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a company this bad, we are now proceeding onto taking these scammers to court!!!! They will get what they deserve.

I am sorry that you were disappointed with the service that you have you received from AU Warranties. AU warranties do not like to address issues through reviews, but unfortunately on this occasion we feel we have no alternative, especially as you have continuously contacted the management team out of hours and they have willingly responded until this point.
I have addressed your review below.
Unfortunately we are unable to approve claims on items that are not covered. We are also unable to cover items listed on higher level warranties as it suits a customers argument.
As discussed with yourself you have referred to a cover level that you do not have on numerous occasions.
Clutches are very rarely covered items on any guarantee as they will alway deteriorate over time and need replacing.
The clutch is specifically listed as a non covered component in all AU literature, and the clutches that you refer to within the gearbox as we have discussed are not the same

It’s disappoints me that we have had to respond in this way, but as a customer should you have any faults covered within your guarantee please contact us and we will be happy to assist.

As this reviewer has issued 3 negative reviews on the same day about ourselves and other warranty companies, please regard this review as not genuine. It is very ironic that someone can buy 4 cars in one day and post 3 negative reviews about other warranty companies other than the one 5 star review issued to Autoguard Warranties. We will let our readings work this one out for themselves and decide where to buy their next warranty. Unfortunately, we have experienced this before from alternative warranty suppliers attempted to point score traffic to their websites. :(

I rang and told Au warranties the problem i have with my car 2 months into a 3 month warranty, they told me to take it to a garage and get the garage email them the problem, the garage did as told and au warranties told them they wouldnt get the problem fixed which is a central locking issue, obviously a company who will get out of doing what you pay for, DO NOT PAY TO USE THEM
