S C A M !!!!!!!!!! everything that ALL these people have written, is EXACTLY what happened to me !! All the records are fraudulent! They have it ALL FIGURED OUT !!!!!!! They will send you emails, and try ro have a good communication with you, but it's ALL BULLSHIT!

As the others stated in the reviews, I placed an order with this company and was charged. Received a message that my order was delivered when it was clearly not. The tracking number provided is an unknown carrier. Do not order from this company, it is a scam.

Scam. Waited over a month, and when I contacted them, they told me it was delivered and gave me a USPS tracking number that said delivered.
Contacted USPS, and they said that it was someone else's tracking number.
No further contact from them . Scammers.

Feeling like a scam

I ordered a kids pool in April for a gift. Still haven't received it. Took my money though. They blame it on president Trumps tariffs, but supposably already in the US. Totally discussed. SCAM!

I was gonna order from here but read reviews, not a good company as I can see!

Bought two animated bunnies for Easter based on the videos posted within the ad. In actuality, the bunnies only hopped and squeaked and performed none of the actions shown in the ad. Additionally, there were no screws to secure the battery compartment which provides a safety risk. I did receive a partial refund but would never purchase from this company again.

It took a month for the item to arrive. I received something completely different from what I ordered. Paid 70 bucks for a cheap strap.

this is apparently a scammer.
You order ''good stuff", get literally scrap, and in order to return the payment, you have to send the stuff back in the deepest of China, wich cost you more then the goods ordered.
The compensation offered is an insult.
No help from Paypal!

ordered a retractable rachet strap costing $20, they sent me a basic rachet strap worth $5.

I was also scammed. Received a single non retractable strap not the four strap package advertised. I waited over 7+ weeks. Do not order from this company.

I waited 7 weeks to get my package only to receive 3 pieces of the 4 piece set i ordered! I ordered 3 sets of Retractable Ratchet sets that are 4 pieces to a set! They want to refund me 8.00 of the 63$ I spent!!!!! This is a complete scam!! For anyone reading this i wish I knew sooner walmart sells the exact same set I ordered from this scam of site

I would rate 0 stars if that was an option. See the ratchet strap reviews below and I had the exact same experience. Ordered 4 straps got 1 non auto retracting strap as ordered. When I complained they said they'd refund $6.00 of the $39.00 order. They said if I rtn'd the item t he'd refund me. Shipping to China exceeds the purchase price. Obviouse scam. Oh, it took 7 wks for the wrong item to be delivered...

I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The company's business practices appear problematic. I purchased the 'Retractable' Ratchet Straps x 4 but received x1 standard, non-retractable strap instead. This product is widely available elsewhere.
The item cost $31.00 USD ($62 NZD). When I requested a resolution, I was offered a $9 USD refund or the option to return the item at my own expense ($15 USD). Since the return postage cost exceeds the refund value, I declined.
It seems the company is aware that the return process is costly and inconvenient, potentially deterring customers from pursuing a refund. This raises concerns about their honesty and business ethics.
I discovered the advertisement on Facebook, and I hope the platform takes steps to monitor and prevent similar issues with fraudulent sellers.
I always pay via PayPal, and they advised me to 'file a charge back' via my bank and they will work together to try a get my money back or get a better resolution.

Total scam. Ordered 4 self retractable straps. Received one normal one. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

I wish I’d found these reviews before buying the retractable rachet straps.
After a month they’ve sent me 2x single ratchet straps, I ordered 8 retractable ones. They offer $2 compensation meaning I’m £48.00 out of pocket.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't place orders with this company. They send something else and will not correct their mistake or return the money. An ai machine is answering you politely, but you cannot get a real person to interact

We ordered two retractable ratchet straps. We got 2 plan ratchet straps. Not worth a quarter of what we were charged. Be careful ordering from these folks as they aren't shipping what was ordered.
