O purchase some items since December and I have not heard from them again. They promised to send me emails about my purchase but nothing so far! Was it a scam?

I ordered a very powerful mini car vacuum but received something that was nothing like the advertised item.
I emailed for a return label but was asked to send a video of the car vac, which is what I did and they replied back that when reviewed by our after sales team. I have received exactly what I ordered these companies shouldn’t be allowed to sell on any website absolutely RUBBISH.

I WILL NEVER MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN.

I purchased 2 until car vacuums Dec 27 and was very unhappy with the products I received Jan 14. I and felt like it was falsely advertised and have spent the last 2 weeks corresponding with them trying to get them to share the return policy, to get a refund to no Avail. It cost $106 U.S. and they offered me to keep them for. $10. U.s. refund. This product isn't worth $5 at a flee market new. So disappointed. Never purchase from this company! They take advantage of trusting individuals.

Looks great, my son loves, it's durable, & sizing is accurate. Couldn't ask for better!

I purchased bone conducting headphones from them and the quality is so poor they are totally unusable. They refuse to give me a refund. This business is a fraud and can not be trusted

I would give less than 1 star if I could.
Items are disgusting quality, ripped on arrival and flimsy material. Trying to get a refund good luck. They offer compensation and go against all laws.
No refund even though they are damaged. No terms and conditions of sales sent despite requested. Spent hours going back and forth with them and no refund. 46.50 I’ll never get back.
They’re disgusting vile people and I am a strong believer that karma will get people like this.
Don’t EVER order from here. They’re the retail version of cowboys. Cheap tack and ridiculous prices and no customer service. I’ve reported to trading standards.

This company is a scam ! They advertised something for £40 on Facebook , I got it , and it didn’t work ! Cheap Chinese import . Messaged them and they blocked me ! Bye bye £40 !

Horrible experience. However they did finally refund my full amount. Misleading. Thought handmade items NOT!! Thought from UK NOT!!
After third refund request I did get that. ALWAYS check darn reviews. Always forget and always get bit!!!

Horrible products. False advertisement. Overpriced, terrible and embarrassing quality. I tried to cancel my order immediately when I hat a $15 charge added to fe for tax after I paid. There is not tax on clothing . I asked for my order to be canceled as I knew right then it was a scam. They refused to refund my money .
The website said the product would come in two weeks or less . It’s was over two months. I can’t even use the clothes that’s how embarrassing they are . Disgusted I wasted time with this.

This company should not be allowed to trade. They are a rip off scam company. They price their products as high as they could and their products for example they were selling Firefly solar powered Lights which were cheap and nasty but they charged me in total £60. It was a pure waste of my money as none of the lights work and when I sent an email to their so called support department they were just avoiding the subject and refused to refund my money. Bad experience and loss of money. Their description of their advertised product does not in any way match their items. Total scammers! anybody in their right minds would involve with this so called company.

Wish I’d read the reviews before purchasing. Tried to cancel immediately but they would not accommodate. Tried to return for refund. Required to return postage to China not LA where located. Refund offered for $22 for $149 purchase. Don’t waste your money on this company.

Ordered solar fairy lights, and they showed up (late) absolutely CRUSHED as if they had been run over by a car…multiple times. Everything was so annihilated that no portion of it could even be remotely salvaged.

I purchased 2 bras from this company and the size didn’t fit. They would not provide a return address and asked me to gift them to one of my friends saying they were superior quality and reasonably priced. When I said no and asked to return them again they started incrementally offering compensation… $6, $10, $15, $18.. I paid $59.95 so what the 4 various offers were was a slap in the face.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE SURE THE ITEM FITS.
