So i ordered some straps. Recieved 1 not 4. They said it was fine. It looks like it's been made by a 3 year old. I have to post it back to china at my cost because it's not faulty according to them. Pity i can't put a photo up. It's dire.

Was gonna order from this company but I read the reviews and I don't believe I will b doing buisness with these folks, sounds like a bunch of rip offs

Horrible company. Item was 5 sizes too big for me. Asked for return information more than once. No response. A total rip-off. Wish I'd read the reviews before I ordered. TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS!!!!

I placed and payed for an order on 28 May 2024, it was a Father's day present, so I payed for expedited delivery. It is July 22 and my parcel is still "in transit". I have written several times and get no useful answer. Only that they are sorry and my parcel in transit. They have given me two different tracking numbers, how can that be? One tracking number places my parcel in San Luis Potosí, Mexico, and the other somewhere in China. I want a refund, I have written twice asking for a refund and all I get for an answer is that they have asked the carrier to expedite the delivery. This is not acceptable.

HORRIBLE service! I simply received an unwearable dress as it was poorly sewn. I asked to return or exchange goods and they didn't accept it; offering me three dollars to apologize for what happened. I WILL DEFINITELY NOT ORDER ANOTHER TIME.

They charged my credit card a different amount more than what was to be charged. PAYPAL allowed them to do this... The item was never shipped.
I am out $120 because of this scam artist.

Faites très attention. Nous avons acheté un aspirateur pour auto qui a fonctionné 1 jour et a cessé de fonctionner par la suite. Lorsque nous les avons contacté pour demander un remboursement ils nous ont bloqué et nous n'avons jamais réussi à les contacter. N'achetez jamais chez eux, c'est des fraudeurs, ils ont déjà assez de victimes.

They scammed me for quite a bit of money. Bought a product that is USA made but supposedly coming from Czechoslovakia. They also went into my debit account and made purchases. Now I have to be inconvenienced and wait for a new card.

I ordered 2cane seats for $39 a piece which $85 approximately, you took $184.00 off my card! I want the two but not for that amount! I felt you were honest, I liked for you too prove me wrong! Email me with the money put back on my card!

It is now March 2024 and I am still waiting for the item. It supposedly reach Puerto Rico but was returned. It is now March 2024 and I am still waiting for the bag. I have sent numerous emails to Awakencheerful and the supposed courier company, however, I always get the same reply. I am definitely not awaking cheerful, I am a very unhappy customer and will not be ordering through Awaken Cheerful anymore and suggest that you don’t either.

I ordered a very powerful mini vacuum but received something that was nothing like the advertised item. More like a toy for a 2 year old.
