Have an Away travel case with an ejectable powerbank which was the best part of the product. Easy to eject if you need to check your bag and its a great power bank. Lost it on my travels and went to buy a replacement and they do not carry replacements and there are no power banks that fit on the market anywhere. Now the bag is just a sort of okay suitcase. Nothing special. No help at all from customer service.

Excellent response time! I got my replacement suitcase in less than a week.

Trolley handle was defective - replaced it with no hassle. Easy to DIY - back in business in no time. Great response.

Customer service these days is mostly automated and terrible. The Away team has been amazing to interact with, prompt and professional. Really appreciate it and happy to have some new functioning Away luggage coming so i can keep rocking the best luggage on my global travels.

I wanted a purchase I made to be looked up and added to my current account so I can have my products under one account and in warranty and it was successfully done!

My zipper had broken on my last trip. When I got home I contacted Away with my order number and a picture/video of the suitcase with the broken zipper. They answered within the hour and notified me that they were shipping a replacement out (cost was $345) it was that easy and quick ! What wonderful customer service ! I would highly recommend !

The zipper kit does not fix the problem.

I bought a suitcase and one of the zippers broke after one use. I submitted a claim which was very easy and had a resolution in one day and a replacement suitcase in one week. Customer service was exceptional and easy.

Excellent customer service! The zipper ripped on my suitcase. I snapped a picture and because of the amazing warranty they sent me a brand new bag in just a few days.

I requested a repair for the broken trolley on my carry-on bag. A replacement "do it yourself"part kit was sent out the same day that I filed my claim. Repair was simple. Great service.

I had an overall great experience getting my luggage replaced. It took a little while to track down my original order, and there was a bit of a mix-up on colors since I worked with a few different representatives throughout the approval process. However, the team was helpful, and I appreciated getting the replacement sorted out!
