The worse customer service ever!!!!
I purchased a gift card for 150£ and accidentally put the wrong email. I emailed them immediately, but nobody replied me and in 3 days I sent another email and finally I got the answer: we resent it to the new address. I checked my mails included junk but nothing arrived. So I emailed them again and never received any response anymore. I was sending few emails to ask them to refund me, because it was more than a week since I purchased a gift card and after that long time of waiting it wasn’t needed anymore.
2 weeks since my purchased already and no replies from the shop.
Scammers.

This is my favorite company ever. The quality is amazing and the designs are so unique. I recommend this to all.

Can honestly say I would never use again! I ordered a bikini and worked on their size guide. The items were in the sale and when it arrived the top was too small. I contacted asking for an exchange and they said they could not guarantee the size would be available to reorder. So i paid for the return of the size that they said on their website would fit me, ordered the other size at full price expecting to get the full price refunded as it was an exchange. Instead they haven't honoured that so for something i purchased in a sale ive ended up paying £80 which is just a rip off! The bikini is definitely not worth £80! But if I return it I will have spent £20 on thin air in delivery and return delivery costs. Be very careful they do not look after their customers at all!

Absolutely love my tulum bikini. I love that it comes in different coverages. I bought the high waisted for when I’m with family and brazilian for when I am with my partner/friends. Perfect fit very flattering and comfortable too.

I made a large order for my trip and my package was sitting in a UPS depot somewhere 3 days before I was leaving. This company went above and beyond to make sure I’d get this package before my trip (I had no other bathing suits otherwise!) Bahimi delivered and I managed to take my suits on my trip.

Very poor quality. Youre better shopping at Shein or somewhere with cheap bikinis, bc this is not it sis. TOO much for what you get.

4 days after placing my order. I received notification that items I ordered were no longer in stock. I was forced to replace the available bikini when I ordered it, with a bikini I know I won’t like, but this bikini I wanted was the reason I placed the order.
How can’t you keep a website updated of what you have in stock??
Don’t get excited about what you order, because most likely it’s unavailable.
Truly disappointed in this company.
I’d try any other company but this one.

I bought a pink bathing suit from Bahimi and wore one time in the hot tub and came out with purple stains/ discoloring all over the suit. I have emailed to the company and have not heard back about a refund! Poor customer service and poor quality suits!

ill start off with saying their bikinis are absolutely amazing.......... BUT

THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTANT.

i have tried for OVER A YEAR to get into contact with them for a yes or no question. their automatic email reply says "someone will get back to you in 3-4 days". need i remind you, ive been emailing for OVER A YEAR with no replies.
I DM them on Instagram and they l eave me on Read,,, every. damn. time.
So then i start leaving comments under their posts THAT THEY DELETE after they ask me to EFFING email them.....

SO FRUSTRATING!!!!!! DONT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Ok this is my second time bought bikini from Bahimi .. it shipped faster then I thought. I get my item within a weeks, which is faster then my first order.. gotta be honest it’s one of beautiful bikini that I ever bought is beautiful n also cheap( got sale item ) :)

POOR QUALITY!! Be ready to wear a swimsuit only few times. The color faded and stayed on pants, shorts, towels. The color never got out of my shorts, had to throw them away. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

I purchased a suit from Bahimi which I like. My husband then purchased me another suit from Bahimi that was never delivered. The shipping service said the package was damaged/missing and they would contact Bahimi regarding replacing it. After not hearing anything back, I contacted Bahimi via email because they have NO phone number for customers to call. I emailed them, gave them my name and order number and forwarded the email I received from the shipping company. Bahimi responded to my email ( after a month) saying that my order had been delivered and they referenced the order number from my 1stl order which I did receive. I emailed them back and explained this was for a different order and gave them that order number again. They responded back Again ( after a few weeks) and said that order had been delivered and referenced my 1st order number Again....to which I again emailed them back. I have yet to hear back from them and I have yet to receive a refund on the order I never received. I will NEVER order from them again. Bahimi's customer service is pathetic. They don't even have a customer service phone number to call. If I could give them zero stars I would !! Don't buy anything from them !

Return policy is a joke! I received a bathing suit from them and the next day initiated a return. No problem, they sent me an RMA # right away. The issue comes in because they gave me a false return address. FedEx attempted delivery 3 times before returning the package to me. I am now paying not only $130 for a bathing suit, but two additional shipping charges ($20) for FedEx because of their fake return address. I sent 3 additional emails (which they assure you will be responded to in 2-5 days) and it's been over 3 weeks. I also reached out to them on Instagram. They immediately told me to go online to initiate a return. When I told them their return address was invalid, they stopped answering! This place is a joke and from what I read, it happens to other people too! I tried to have PayPal refund me with all of this information and somehow Bahimi convinced them not to. Funny they respond to PayPal about my money and not my 4 attempts to contact them! I'm now going through my credit card company. DO NOT buy from here. SCAM ARTISTS who should be ashamed of what they are doing to people, ESPECIALLY during these times.

Do not buy from this company. NO WAY TO MAKE A RETURNS AND GET A REFUND.they ignore your emails for refunds they don't answer you at all and you have only 14 days to get your money back. So I've ended up spending around £200 for bikinis I cannot wear I will be taking this complaint to the trading standards they cannot get away with it. It's a scam. SHAME ON YOU.

I was a bit worried to place an order because of the bad reviews but took a chance on a sale. Got a beautiful bikini, looks just like on website, loved it. Placed another order, two more bikinis, love them as well. Got multiple updates on Email along the way, got my stuff 5 days after order (which is really good as I live in Sweden). I have used one of the bikinis a lot and it still looks brand new.
Will absolutely order again, better quality than some of my bikinis from VS or (the really expensive) BB. Wouldn’t make any returns though after reading the comments, I take my chances and the size chart is good.

I bought a bikini from Bahimi for the first time in summer 2019 but didn’t get round to wearing it until last month.
The very first time I wore it, the bikini bottoms broke - the black connector at the side broke and my bottoms basically fell apart. I was at the beach at the time and it was so embarrassing.
I was surprised that this had happened as I assumed due to the price of bikinis that they would be good quality.
I let Bahimi know and also sent a picture of the broken bikini next to the tag that I had taken off that very same day.
All I got back from them was a ‘sorry for the inconvenience’, inconvenience being that I was practically naked on the beach.
I appreciate that I bought the item a while ago but wasn’t offered anything - the only thing they offered was for me to repurchase replacement bottoms at full price for £36, which I will not be doing. Not very happy considering I’ve now got a completely useless bikini after only wearing it for approx 2 hours.
