I ordered two tops on feb 16 (today is March 14)
Received one top and have emails customer service twice now giving them a week in between and have not gotten a response. Loved the first top so that’s why I’m giving two stars but feel like they took my. Obey on the second bikini top. And I’ve read them respond a lot to these reviews. I have looked every day to see if I have gotten a refund. Just looked and no refund.

I’m about to go to my credit card to declare fraud bc they took my money. I will update my review if they do the right thing and refund me.

I ordered a bikini but it hasn’t arrived, the company is yet to respond. I have wasted my money

Hi, well it took a few months but bahimi did actually return the funds for the mermaid top I ordered that wasnt in the package As it seems there was a mix up and by the time they sent me an email saying I'm getting a refund, which I did get on the 4th of March, They were completly out of the mermaid tops I hope to order it in the future when it returns

Ordered 4 bikinis on Monday, arrived Wednesday to Austria. They are all beautiful, fits perfectly and looks amazing. Best bikinis I have ever had.
After reading these reviews I was really worried but I am satisfied and will order more for sure.

Absolutely terrible customer service.

Firstly, my package was lost by UPS which Bahimi's fault but what is happening currently is. UPS has been trying to contact Bahimi to start the refund process and no one has responded to UPS' email. At first Bahimi was good with responding over Instagram but since the issue came up, they've been seeing the message and has not responded. To think that it's been two months for this entire process, is a headache. Why is it so difficult to respond to emails and just issue refunds? Yet, they can post new pictures and stories on Instagram.

Absolutely appalled, another company that takes your money and just ignores you once they've got the sale!!
wrote a comment on their Instagram for them to get in contact because my bikini bottoms had broken after one wear and was terrible quality! second bikini that broke from them.
They deleted the comment, it wasn't offensive or rude, yet they still didn't get in contact.
So i proceeded to comment more and then they ended up blocking me, so petty and ridiculous! just get in contact simple how hard can it be? 5 minutes out of your time if that!
my bikini bottoms are 5 pound on their website now how hard is it to send a replacement and keep customers happy.
I have emailed also and no reply, and i will keep emailing till one of them can be bothered to respond to me and actually give a damn about their customers! I'm disgusted.
Can provide photos of the broken bikini, i am a size 4 girl who isnt big and doesnt break thing their bikinis are just flimsy!!!!

If I could give them a zero star I would. I placed my order. Not even 2 days after I placed it I still had not received a tracking number. Which it say 1-2 business days to be shipped out. I go on their site and it says my order has been closed. Also there is an invoice for a refund. Yet I never received a refund back to my bank account. So I check to see if the bikini I ordered is maybe off the site and they were sold out. Well needless to say they are still advertising the exact same bikini in the exact same size I ordered for sale and in stock. So I send them an email and no response from the whatsoever. Now the website is not even active anymore. They 100% stole my money.

It was easy purchasing from Bahimi.
Fast delivery, well packed and protected. Really good product. Quick response from the team as well. My size (S) fitted perfect.
Recommend and will buy again.

Awful! Sent me a size XL bikini top when i ordered a size L. They first said it was a factory error and it was actually a L, when I tried it on and realised it was a lot bigger then my other L bikini tops. They then said they have changed all their sizing. They will not refund me and do not reply to emails. The customer service is awful and they do not listen to what you say and just completely ignore your points and facts. I also have asked for a manager to speak to and they ignored me again. Would never buy from here everrrrr. It’s not worth the rude customer service and wrong items being sent. You will not get a refund.

I ordered bikini in December. I paid for express shipping. Today is 30th January and I ve neither bikini nor money back. Nobody answer to my email. ...

I can not belive how cute, well package and good quality they are, the details and the finished are like level of high end designer bikinis, I will buy more for this summer, allready tell my mom and friends to buy here, amazing gift for valentines, please do not change your prices and quality, you own me :)

i will give more stars if i could, please please please add more design and dont change your standars, you have a costumer for life.

Love these bikinis. In all my lumps bumps and 43 years of skin they still made me feel sexy! Really excellent quality plus service and delivery great including no problem refund!

Bahimi swimwear fits like a glove, true to size, comfy and they look incredible on. They are perfect for people who are slightly larger on top and not too expensive.

Fast shipping great sizes and quality. Reasonable price too. Loved wearing mine on holiday and would defo purchase again :)

Two bikinis. Same size ordered. One is tiny the other huge!!! Customer service awful

Have bought 2 bikinis from here on separate occasions. Both bikinis arrived quickly and I received texts/emails about dispatch and delivery. Material is good, I got size medium and I'm 8/10 UK size, the bottoms fit quite low in the front but I think it is the style. I will be ordering again.

Don’t waste your money.!

I ordered a few bikinis from Bahimi and they sent all of them apart from 1. They did not put 1 of the bikinis in the parcel.
I looked up the reviews to see if this had happened to anyone else, and it had happened to multiple other people as-well.
I emailed them to see if they were sending it in another package the following day or something but they did not get back to me after 1 week!!
I emailed again but they just ignored it again.
The bikinis that I did received were lovely but I was very disappointed that they didn’t put one of them in there and was that sneaky on taking someone’s money!
Will not be buying off here again!
