I ordered 2 bikinis from Bahimi and did not receive them! I have emailed the company with no response! I’ve tried to re email them multiple times and my emails will not deliver (blocker me from contacting them???). Very poor service. Paid for items that I haven’t received and there is no hope of a refund because they are not responding to me! Dodgy site - do not buy from Bahimi!

Ordered a number of Bikinis, one set and an additional bikini top didn't arrive (but had been paid for). Have contacted bahimi several times via email and Instagram-they are not responding at all. Will avoid bahimi in future! Awful Customer service, actually non existent!

Ordered a few bikinis ( on sale no refunds) with standard delivery they came within 2 days and they seemed okay, haven’t had the chance to try one yet, yet one of my items I had paid for wasn’t in the package and it was crossed out on my delivery information saying ‘out of stock’, however I have not received an email about my refund and on the website it states you will not get a refund unless you get the email so therefore won’t be recieving a refund , customer service awful

I was reluctant at first to read those negative reviews but for $5 per piece I decided to give this brand a try and I’m so glad I did. The fabric is good quality, the form fitting is great. I’m just unsure about the metal accessories yet since I haven’t got into water. To be fair I think their quality is equal to Victoria Secret swimwear. I can’t stress enough how much I love them especially I only paid $18 for a full set. Don’t think I will pay for full prices ever. I wish I could include the photos for your references. I’m 5”4, 108 lbs, 32D. I ordered medium for the top, small for bottom and all 3 sets fit me perfectly. I strongly recommend this brand.

I wish I can give them less than zero. Their customer service is horrible. I have ordered 5 swim wear from them, that I can't use. There size chart is miss leading, bottoms were very small barely covering anything. They didn't let return or exchange any item. The shipment came after one week from my purchase, and they allow only 14 days for returns. I was off by one day or so. Truly the worst online shopping experience I had in my life.

This is my first time ordering from Bahimi and I'm very impressed! I bought from their clearence sale and was surprised with quality, and vibrant colors. I'm 5'2" 115 lbs, 34c bra and the medium top fits me perfectly, and I'm a size small bottoms. I thought the Tassels on the bikini bottoms were a little bit tacky, so I cut them off with a pliars, no big deal. I also noticed the metal hardware is re-enforced with some sort of flexible plastic so hopefully that means it won't fall apart in the future.

Was scared to order based on mixed reviews, but decided to take a chance. They came in and were truly some of the cutest bathing suits ever! Lined, good quality, and very unique. Immediately ordered again because they exceeded expectations. Both orders came very fast. Everything in the orders were the correct size. Priced great...will definitely be a repeat customer.

I love all of them, I have order everytime I can, great quality, design and great service, just order 4 sets of bikinis, for upcoming trip. I highly recommend.

I was very dubious ordering from this site after reading some of the reviews but after receiving my order today I felt I should comment.

I initially emailed to ask a question about their swimwear and they got straight back to me. Then when I placed the order I got confirmation straight away. Delivery was next working day and there was further communication informing me of my hour time slot.

The bikini is gorgeous. I haven't actually worn it on holiday yet but it seems good quality. I wouldn't pay full price at £50 but the sale price was more affordable.

I ordered 2 bikini's from Bahimi. They were in the sale and 'no return' which was fine as I was pretty confident they'd fit ok, which when they arrived they did.

Unfortunately that's where the good experience ended. 2 months later when I was packing for my holiday I tried the bikini on (it hadn't been worn at all and still had labels attached, only tried on once when it first arrived) it literally fell apart in my hands and snapped which was not reparable before I went.

Obviously very annoyed but going on holiday the next day I didn't do anything about it. When I arrived on holiday THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED. I put on the other bikini and went down to sunbathe, and the bottoms literally fell off me.

In my opinion Bahimi are selling defected and poor quality 'sale items' which can't be returned. So in the end I paid for 2 bikini's that I didn't actually get to wear. Plus as seems common with this company I have had no response from them. Would never buy again or recommend.

I ordered a bikini from this site and it looked lovely but sadly broke within half an hour of wearing it a beach party leaving me no option but to wear my shorts for the day.

I’ve emailed them several times but had no response!

Shall not be buying from here again!

Both me and my wife order from here, obviously my purchases are presents for her :-)
The bikins are lovely and always look stunning on my wife.
However the customer service could be improved, we recently ordered 3 bikini's and only two arrived. But the invoice is hand written with 'out of stock' with one of them but the money was still taken.
After several emails and chasing the refund is still not in our account.

I have emailed a number of times and have no one has answered the question that I have asked! Ordered a bikini and needed another size in the bottoms, kept ordering online to then receive an email to say they are out of stock however online it says they are still available!
I have now been given a delivery date, yet the courier has not received my Parcel and it is due to be delivered today!

Returned a bikini 5 weeks ago and have still not received a refund. Communication has been terrible. Would not recommend buying from here.
Will be taking this forward to a small
claims court in the next few days.

The swimsuits are beautiful I have 4 of them but they should clearly state that there are no returns allowed because I returned one of them and never got my money back or a response to my inquiry sent at their email .

I have 4 bikinis from bahimi and all of them are stunning and fit well. I had a minor issue with the last bikini in which I received the opposite of what I ordered (I ordered a small top and medium bottoms but was sent a medium top and small bottoms) but Bahimi were very quick to rectify this. Will always be my go to bikini site

Awful at every point in the journey and they've really done nothing to resolve an issue.
Some people may get lucky, but the real test of a company is how they behave when something goes wrong - and Bahimi is shocking.
Long story short I'm still trying to chase a refund of a bikini received 8 weeks ago. Even after it was sent recorded!

Have spent near enough a grand on bikinis from here in the last 3 and a half years. Only once have they sent the wrong size. Bikinis are great and I order the xxxl tops but one broke so ordered another one the same size and even though both xxxl completely different sizes!! Just wish they had some form of contact so when ordering next time can make sure it's what I want.

Absolutely loved my Paradiso bikini! Can’t wait to buy more! :)

My partner ordered for my birthday as I had wanted a bikini from this website for weeks..

They sent the wrong size bikini bottoms initially then my partner had to pay £10 postage to get the right size in time for my birthday.. Didn't get the order until four days later and now they refuse to refund the £10 pound delivery cost and ignored all emails.

Would not order from this site again.
