I was super hesitant to purchase from this site after reading the reviews about delivery and customer service issues.
I noticed that CUstomer service responded to each complaint so I decided to give it a go.
So glad I did.
Suits came in 5 days and suits fit amazing!
Haven’t worn in the water yet so illl update my review once I start wearing.
Stoked that you can shoes different sizes for the top and bottom, so important!
I do wish the site had a review option for each suite and described the material of the bikini better.

Ordered a bikini for my holiday but didn’t receive a confirmation email. I contacted them to ask why. Then I got a text and email to say the delivery would be by dhl tomorrow so was looking forward to receiving my bikini. Now got another email to say my account will be refunded for the bikini. I haven’t even received it or sent it back for tefund. It’s still showing that it’s in stock in my size, so why am I getting a refund when I actually want the bikini? I have tried to contact customer care but it is not giving me an option to message them now! Totally confused!

So I ordered two bikini
So I ordered two bikini. Small bottoms and large top. One bikini bottom was a small but I felt the fit was more medium maybe large. The other bikini fit okay ish. I need some boob tape to stop a nip slip tho lol. Anyways the one that didn't fit I sent back about a week and a half ago, there was no email to say they have the return and is processing refunds or anything of the sort!! There's no way of contact on their website!! Luckily the one I sent back wasn't that expensive but I'm not exactly rolling in cash. I could do with the extra £20 😂🤷♀️

Ordered 3 bikinis on here. Never heard of the brand before and I cannot fault them! The quality is amazing and I don't think I have ever bought bikinis before that is under $100 for a set so I am super happy with this bargain!

No communication
Hi. My original order number is # 1000002221 I am not getting a response from them at all. I have written a few times. I re-sent 3 items for exchange almost two weeks ago. I sent it with tracking number and they are letting me know it arrived a while ago. I wanted to check on the status of receiving the items and my request for a different size. I am frustrated with this. I also had placed a new order and never got a confirmation for it. This is for the Bahimi in California processing center.

I placed an order last week and didn’t receive the confirmation email, despite checking the junk folder.
I’ve emailed twice and not had a single response.
I’ve had an email and text confirming my order would be delivered last week by dpd, but it never arrived and the tracking status said they haven’t yet received my parcel.
What the hell? I’m £50 down and yet getting no response and no sign of my order.

Possible scam??? Need help
I bought a few pieces on the website a few days ago and the money came out of my account. However I did not receive any order confirmation by email, just a message saying my parcel was due to be delivered yesterday... yet nothing arrived. Becoming more concerned that I have been scammed considering I can’t find any contact information for the company anywhere and when I click on my tracking details it doesn’t even say it has been shipped. The only information I can find on DPD is ‘we've received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel’ ... which is slightly worrying. My parcel number is 15976853328959 and I would appreciate any information on when and if I will receive this as I need it for Wednesday. Really disappointed as I spent almost £100!
FAULTY ITEM
I have been emailing, tweeting, DMing and commenting on Instagram pictures for nearly 2 months with still no response.
I have a bikini that is faulty I want a free returns label emailed to me or confirmation in writing that I will get the postage refunded.
This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received!
Missing items issue continues - no resolution
I am still waiting for a resolution to my issue regarding 2 items missing from my order that i paid for. Bahimi are saying they packed them but the customs bill has them missing hence somewhere along the journey they have vanished. As a customer i should not pay for this error. Bahimi should have insurance. I have followed up twice now with no response. Really poor customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
