Diana was cheerful, kind, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and all around very helpful. I feel very supported and, because of her help and the help from the representative I remember from my last order, I will return again and again!

I ordered a bra a week and a half ago. I have yet to receive it. It was supposed to come 2 days ago. When I tracked it it is somewhere in Texas with no date to get here. I live in Colorado. With today’s fast shipping there is no excuse for this ridiculously slow shipping with no forecast as to when it may arrive! Extremely disappointed!

Being a large chest Woman 34H, not only was I scared, anxious with anxiety thru the roof, I was apprehensive that I would not find what I needed. I was totally convinced that I would NOT have the experience of such professionalism, understanding, empathy, respect, compassion and kindness as I had received from Kerri U! She was not only patient She was truly knowledgeable in my needs. Yes, I will say it took a little bit longer than I anticipated BUT after many many many attempts (12) I think, back n forth I think starting the process in March, She FOUND the BEST Fitting MOST COMFORTABLE Bra with for Me. I’m quite sure I could have caused her more than a few grey hairs. So Ladies, Have patience with yourself, we are not easily to be fit to perfection as we hope. I definitely with all my heart HIGHLY RECOMMEND Her! And PLEASE Bare Necessities DO NOT let her go! She’s an Asset to Your Company! With Love and Happy Tears Always! THANK YOU Kerri! I made a $50 purchase was told I qualified for a free gift discounted at checkout. My order was not discounted and the free gift was a final sale item. Do not trust this websites "free gifts" it also does not do an order review before processing payment. $28 for a pair of shorts is outrageous and is more expensive than the bra I purchased.

Days before receiving my order of 2 bras a serious medical issue was discovered.
Due to the emergency issue I am not able to wear this type of bra. I received a recording when I called customer service for a return or exchange.
The recording lead me to the website. I was not able to return or exchange the items.
I feel in a medical case such as mine an exception would be made if i were allowed to speak to a customer service person. Now I am out of funds for the cost of the two items I can not use.
In my case the customer service for this company should give a faithful customer a chance to at least explain.

This was the BEST customer service experience I think I have ever had! Diana was so accommodating, professional, friendly, helpful and extremely patient. She helped me with a return and also helped me to select alternative swim tops and bottoms. Diana made me feel like a valued customer, which is so rare these days. I'm so appreciative of her kindness and of the outstanding service she provided. The service I received from Diana makes me want to continue to shop at BN.

The sales associate handled my return/exchange plus an additional purchase so efficiently and so patiently. Additionally, one of the exchange items was not available in the new size in the color I needed. She found another bra in a similar color the I now purchased. I didn't see this second bra on you website. I'm very happy that she could find this for me. She wasn't rushed and was very, very patient.

Purchasing & Returns are so easy with Bare Necessities. The selections are great and customer service, when I have needed them are very responsive!

I ordered 2 bras, one fit and one didn't. So I emailed to do a return, since exchanges are not allowed for anywhere outside of the USA. They were going to take $40 off the refund for shipping and fees, leaving me with $20.
On their site it says you'll be refunded the price but you have to cover return shipping, I was not given that option which I would prefer since I could find a cheaper way to ship back.
I emailed them back to cancel the return as the shipping back was too costly. The customer service took a week to reply and were uninterested in my concerns.
I wouldn't order from them again.

The bras were not my favorite. They had no give to them, and they felt uncomfortable in the shoulder despite holding the girls in place

Kerri was very helpful with helping me with a couple returns. she was a rockstar combing my multiple accounts and orders I unknowingly placed with multiple email addresses. Obviously all my own doing but she straightened it out and combined my loyalty rewards into one place! Thank you Kerri!

I had a 10 star experience with Bare Necessities. Someone stole my package and the woman in customer support was so patient and helpful and issued me a refund and ensured the items were quickly shipped back out to me. She was very helpful.

Erica was hands down the best customer service representative I’ve ever interacted with! She listened to my complicated explanation and knew exactly how to address it. She clearly explained every step of the process and made the whole experience easy and a pleasure. Been shopping at Bare Necessities for many years now, and it’s the only site I buy my every day lingerie from. The customer service is excellent, the sales are frequent, the selection is wonderful, and I greatly appreciate the diversity in their advertising and on their site. It’s much easier for people to imagine themselves in the products when the models look like them; if you look at their Instagram you’ll see they even feature women with grey hair and a little life experience in their feed. Keep it up, Bare Necessities!
