Ho acquistato nel fine 2025 un pacco batterie da 16kw, arrivato dalla Polonia, il giorno stesso che ho ricevuto il prodotto riscontro immediatamente un difetto sulla scocca esterna bianca(difetto di verniciatura e principi di ruggine), contatto immediatamente il centro assistenza documentando tutto, inizialmente mi hanno risposto, in fase di trattativa del rimborso del danno sono spariti. Inutili solleciti e ricontatti. Ancora attendo risposte che so già che non riceverò. Quindi diffidate, che se dovessero esserci problemi, altro che 10 anni di garanzia, dovrebbero dare in dotazione un pacchetto di speranza.

Hier nun mein Erfahrungsbericht mit Basengreen-Akkus. Vorab: Ich kann nur davor warnen und komplett von Basengreen abraten. Im Grunde ist hier alles Betrug!!
Ich habe damals einen 10kWh Wandspeicher erworben, das war Anfang 2024. Nachdem ich sehr schnell merkte, dass die Hardware Probleme macht (extrem schlechtes BMS, unbalancierte Zellen, der Balancer der nicht hinterher kommt), habe ich das Gehäuse geöffnet. Was mich dort erwartete, war einfach nur gruselig. Es wurde absolut dilettantisch gearbeitet, es wurden sehr offensichtlich gebrauchte Pouchzellen verbaut, teilweise mit Beschädigungen. Es ist ein 4P16S Akku, auch keine prismatischen Zellen. Der Balancer des schlechten No-name-BMS schafft es nicht, die Zellen zu balancieren, ohne das diese in einen kritischen Bereich laufen.
Heute, nach knapp 2 Jahren Betrieb ist nicht einmal annähernd etwas von 10kWh übrig...es sind vielleicht 3kWh. Schade das ich hier keine Bilder einstellen kann.
Ich wendete mich also an Basengreen. Was soll ich sagen, da passiert garnichts. Wenn überhaupt jemand antwortet, wird einem gesagt, dass man sich noch gedulden soll. Beim Verkauf sind sie schnell, Service ist nicht existent, alles was über Garantie bzw. Gewehrleistung geschrieben wird, ist nicht vorhanden. Sie reagieren einfach nicht. Es scheint das Geschäftsmodell zu sein, alten Müll teuer zu verkaufen und die Kunden dann einfach damit alleine zu lassen.
Ich kann vor Basengreen nur ausdrücklich waren!! Für mich ist das ganz klar Betrug!!!!!

Here is my review of Basengreen batteries. First off: I can only warn you and strongly advise against Basengreen. Basically, this whole thing is a scam!!
I purchased a 10kWh wall-mounted battery storage unit back in early 2024. After quickly realizing that the hardware was causing problems (extremely poor BMS, unbalanced cells, a balancer that couldn’t keep up), I opened the case. What I found inside was simply horrifying. The workmanship was absolutely amateurish; they had installed very obviously used pouch cells, some of which were damaged. It’s a 4P16S battery, and not even prismatic cells. The balancer of the poor no-name BMS can’t manage to balance the cells without them entering a critical range.
Today, after just under 2 years of operation, there isn’t even close to 10kWh left...maybe 3kWh. Too bad I can’t post pictures here.
So I contacted Basengreen. What can I say, nothing happens there. If anyone responds at all, you’re told to be patient. They’re quick to sell, but service is nonexistent; nothing written about the warranty or performance guarantees is actually provided. They simply don’t respond. It seems to be their business model: selling old junk at a high price and then just leaving customers to fend for themselves.
I can only strongly warn against Basengreen!! To me, this is clearly fraud!!

The representatives of Basengreen communicate promptly and professionally. They provided the best solutions in every case where I needed expert advice. And, of course, their prices are very competitive.

I've purchased a 51.2V 230ah 11.7KWh battery pack from BasenGreen. The support from the sales team was spectacular, and I am currently awaiting delivery of the equipment.
I've another battery pack with the same specification since 03/2024 with no reason for complaint.

Calidad de producto regular (tengo cuatro), las compré por recomendación del sitio bateriaslifepo4 y no tenía que haber hecho caso, recomiendan lo que mejor les paga. Si las baterías son bastante deficientes el servicio técnico se lleva la palma, cualquier problema que tengas no te van a hacer caso en absoluto y de garantía olvídate. Lo peor es que tampoco son las más baratas.

When I was looking for cells online I came across basengreen, so a reached out on alibaba and a guy came back to me, he was very helpful and made ordering 16cells very easy they arrived well Packed and are great cells. I went on to order several more products including diy kits that are very good quality. Would highly recommend this company.

We are a company that integrates solar systems.
The first batteries that I bought from Bassen have already been operating for two years without problems.
Bassen equips the batteries with two types of BMS, one made OEM by Tianpower and others with JK.
My preference is the ones with JK
I have only had one problem in all this time with a BMS that was finally replaced after I tried to fix it in the software.
Contrary to what is stated that there is no communication, the Bassen representative with whom I collaborate is very prompt in responding to requests.
Regarding the quality of the battery elements, I bought EVE and CAT cells and the quality is given by the manufacturer.
Consequently, I can only give a maximum score for the services offered

La batería dejo de funcionar, a los 8 meses,posiblemente sea el bms. He enviado 3 correos , un vídeo con el problema,la factura de compra y no se han dignado ni en contestar. Tocará comprar otra marca que responda su servicio técnico, porque si a los 8 meses no responden imagina en qué queda una garantía que dicen de cinco años, en una mentira.

Habe problme mit den Zellen (Balancer funktioniert schlecht/nicht)

Pacco batteria 16Kw con BMS della Basengreen consegnato a maggio 2025, dopo neanche 10 mesi di utilizzo il BMS e diventato totalmente inaffidabile con continui allarmi e protezioni over e under voltage su celle a caso e cortocircuiti, le protezioni staccano la batteria rischiando di danneggiare anche l'inverter, l'azienda contattata non risponde neanche, assistenza e garanzia totalmente inesistente, statene alla larga.

Esperienza molto positiva ho 4 pacchi batterie da 230 Ah acquistati quasi 2 anni fa, funzionano davvero bene, sono molto soddisfatto.
Per quanto riguarda l'assistenza, sempre perfetta, da personale specializzato, veramente professionale, sempre disponibile a gestire ogni problematica.
Per quanto mi riguarda qualità/prezzo sono davvero ottime batterie, se dovrò ampliare il mio impianto, le tornerò ad acquistare, grazie Basen Green .

La batería bien de precio buenos acabamos pero nefasta pos venta, tengo un problema con el software del BMs de la batería y ni me contestan, y eso que solo me tienen que enviar un archivo para actualizarla, mejor quedate con una marca más cercana aunque sea más cara

I'm an electrical engineer.
Had issues with voltage drops when under load.
Requested help and they recommended I remove the load to test it.
Replied, that makes no sense, since the problem only manifested under load, and they ghosted me.
I (without their help) have since corrected what seems to be a BMS problem.
With the exception of the BMS, product quality seems good, but don't expect them to honour warranty or to give tech support.

Kundensupport mehr als lächerlich! Hatte eigentlich gutes gefühl und schon mehrere diy akkus bestellt. Dann aber: Von beginn an bei einem gerät display fehler. Ein spare part der eigentlich nur paar euro kostet. Ewiges hin und her, photos , videos, pc auslesen usw. Dann der vorschlag mir display auf meine kosten zu schicken!! Gehts noch?! Muss schreiben ,protokollieren, selbst umbauen und dann auch in garantie selbst zahlen?! Nie wieder!

Meine 10kw Batterie von Basengreen hat leider nur 23 Monate gehalten. Eine Zelle ist aufgebläht.

Der Support hat geschrieben, dass es keine Ersatzzellen mehr gibt. Auf die Bitte mir den Schaden innerhalb der Garantie zu erstatten wurde trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage überhaupt nicht mehr geantwortet.

Es ist traurig, dass so eine Firma in Deutschland überhaupt Produkte kaufen darf.

Meine Empfehlung: Finger weg!
