SUPERB…Ordered a bath and the wrong one turned up but Kelly from Bathroom city customer services had the correct bath to us by 8.50 am the NEXT day and incorrect bath collected at the same time . Can’t fault it - simple human input error but all sorted very fast - Excellent service Thank you Kelly x

Absolutely shocking customer service when something is not right with your order! I ordered a bathroom fitted furniture combination at the beginning of July - The website showed the item in stock with a 2 day delivery, however, I had to place the order over the phone as I could not add an additional panel to my basket. The person I spoke to took my order and also advised the order would be with me in 2 days. They did not indicate any issues with the order. When the order arrived on the date expected, I was missing the handles, the worktop was shorter than advertised and the doors and panel for the sink unit were missing. I immediately phoned and was advised the handles would be sent (which they were) but the doors were out of stock. I pointed out had I known this I would not have placed the order as I was having this installed the following week and would have looked at an alternative style. I was then told the doors would be in very shortly. I was also told this was the only worktop they had so had supplied this at the shorter than advertised length. We managed with the shorter worktop, this just meant I had to look at another solution for the area I would have used this. I have since phoned twice and been told the doors are still not in stock. Bathroom City are still selling this item and showing delivery in 2 days, I asked if doors could be taken from a stock item and was told no, the doors were not in stock - so they are still selling an item they don't have and misleading other customers. When I last phoned I was advised I would be called back, that was a week ago and no phone call has been received. I sent an email 5 days ago and this has not been responded to beyond the auto response. I now have a bathroom unit un-finished and will cost me extra to finish fitting as the installer has to come back to fit the doors/panel and seal the sink which cannot be done until the panel is in place. I also have no idea when the doors will be received and may have to purchase doors elsewhere, if I can match them, or may need to change all doors and panels and claim a charge-back from Bathroom City on my credit card to cover the additional costs to me. The product is fine, but I feel I was mis-led and I would not have purchased this item had I known it would not be fully supplied and its deceitful not to advise customers of this before payment is taken. I paid in good faith for this item. I also didn't expect the company to then ignore me when I have asked for dates of when the doors would be supplied. I would not recommend dealing with this company.

After having a melt down loosing a set of shower screen brackets I contacted Bathroom City who have been amazing, due to time scales I placed an online order for a whole screen with brackets just incase. Kelly contacted me via e-mail the next morning and issued the brackets & cancelled the screen order. Thank you again

Having has a problem develop with the shower supplied by Bathroom City, I can only compliment them and particularly Kelly who was so professional in helping me resolve the issue. Shower is back to its fully working order.

Thank you! exceptional customer service. I purchased a shower enclosure from Bathroom City over two years ago. Unfortunately a couple of the rollers had broken. I didn't know if they would have any spare parts for the item, not being the manufacturer. But upon making the enquiry their warehouse manager was despatched to see if they could find any in the warehouse which matched. They sent two sets by courier to me, without charge, and we've made the switch and repaired the shower. Great service response and so kind. cheers! Jane Houghton

Great quality bath & quick delivery

Customer service was excellent; they were able to change the bathroom units I wanted to suit my space.
My joiner said the units, sink, and toilet were all good quality and easy to fit.
I love my new bathroom units.

A very professional website and lot's of positive reviews on trustpilot made me opt for this particular merchant. I was under the opinion I was purchasing quality goods from a trustworthy supplier. Now I am of the opinion that even trustpilot,these days, has fallen foul of spam/AI nonsense.
Here's my experience:
3-7 days delivery - not true 10 days, I'll give grace on the fact I placed the order at 4 pm so really 11 days.
Staff were polite but not helpful the standard answer of you will receive information within 48 hours was neither helpful or true.
I had to ask for an invoice after 9 days.
Delivery was to the curb only and my wife had to help the driver get the palate off the truck, no tracking/delivery details, I had nipped out for 10 min to Screwfix. No photographs of delivery, dumped and off he went.
The products themselves are meh, no better than other retailers that are cheaper.
The hand built vanity unit, twice the price of other retailers, is just that. A MDF kit that's pre built, garbage.
The bath panel was curved at one end so it wasn't even straight, I had to construct a timber frame and glue it to the panel to make it usable.
Holes marked for drilling the bath feet were squinty on the bath.
Taps ordered were in stock at time the order was placed, out of stock by the time order was finalised.
Don't buy the square basin outlet it's an absolute joke, it sit's about 1 cm proud of the sealing mechanism.
Make up your own mind about this lot, personally I'm less than impressed, standard products at elevated prices and mediocre customer service, polite but that's about it. Doubt I will live long enough to need to replace the bathroom again so I won't have the satisfaction of saying I'd never use them again.

I appreciate your response; the bathroom is fitted and adequate for purpose. Whilst I have issues regarding the quality of some of the supplied products, I am also aware of the risks associated with buying online as opposed to seeing products in the flesh. I had hoped for a better turnaround on the delivery, purely from a time coordination perspective, which was actually the particular reason I ordered from Bathroom city. I see little point pursuing the matter further as quality is subjective and feel the review is a fair and honest appraisal of my experience and the goods supplied.

Very helpful advice in the showroom. Had all items in stock.
Helped us load them in our vehicle within 10 minutes of paying!

Had an issue with delivery, called the customer service line and spoke with Mariah who quickly resolved my issue by sending me over a link, this then processed my order perfectly. Thank you so much for your help fantastic service and would definitely recommend.

This was our first time using Bathroom City and we have been really impressed. We were attempting to order online with B&Q but they didn't have stock and it kept locking us out of our account. Bathroom City was super smooth and I have received daily updates of order. I even phoned to see if the order could be delivered quicker, no wait times. I spoke to Mariah and she was super helpful. She phoned despatch and she has sped up the process by two days and phoned me back to inform me. Highly impressed with the personal service.

The issue with my shower head was dealt with quickly and efficiently after fault developed within guarantee period. Kelly was great!

Uamair - a credit to this company. I have had several TEAMS / phone calls and emails with Uamair regarding my bathroom furniture. He was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable. I don't usually leave reviews but really thought he deserved some credit for his hard work!

I placed an order back in March and i only recently had my new bathroom fitted only to find there was no toilet seat included with the toilet. I contacted Bathroom City to explain what had happened and spoke to Mariah who kindly arranged for me to collect a new one. She was very helpful and professional.
