Hannah has been brilliant making sure our bathroom fittings were delivered on time for a bathroom renovation when we contacted last minute and the prices were some of the best around ! Every question answered in a timely manner around products , technical info etc and recommendations when needed with no pressure to purchase . When its comes to our next bathroom project they will be the first place I contact .

I rang them initially to source a bath panel. They were superb in identifying the correct item most carefully. I ordered it quite late yesterday and to my delight, it was delivered at 7 15 this morning. First rate service all round

Ordered a kitchen tap which was unfortunately not in stock. Hannah put in the effort to find a suitable alternative, matched the price and got it delivered in time for our plumber to fit, great customer service, thank you!
