It was supposed to be the right battery and fit perfectly. After some removing of outer wrapping and sticking my tongue out at just the right angle it went in, still a little tight, but works great.
It's a great product shipped right away. I love the not boiling my batteries slow charge with desulfating built-in. My garage is always in the temperature compensation range. It's a sturdy device with... Toon meer

I ordered a new battery and received a bad one. I tested it when it arrived and it was obviously bad. I charged it to 100% it did not test much better, rated for 400 cca but never registers over 66 cca. Overall life went from .2 to .6% . Not real happy for my first experience and what was absolutely hilarious to me is when I asked for an exchange and to have one sent to me while the old is on the way back, I was told no, not until I get the old one back and test it! So you asked for constructive feedback, why not test them before they go out the door? I have my tracking on for the return, and I will be looking for a full refund. I picked up a new battery local today and it is a little better spected out and considerably less to my surprise so the story ends well.

We’re sorry the battery didn’t meet your expectations. We understand how frustrating it is to receive a battery that doesn’t perform as expected. Our warranty process does require the battery to be returned and evaluated before a replacement is sent, but we did provide a prepaid return label to make that process easier. We appreciate your feedback and will take a look at what we can do to improve the experience.

Thank you for your review! We’re glad everything arrived as expected. UPS Saver shipments can sometimes be handed off to USPS for the final delivery, which is why you may have seen the change in tracking. We appreciate your business!

We’re sorry you feel our shipping costs are too high. We do our best to keep shipping costs as low as possible, but batteries can be expensive to ship due to their weight and special handling requirements.
If you think there may be an error with the shipping calculation on our website, you are always encouraged to give us a call. We’re happy to take a look at the order and see if there is anything we can do to improve the shipping cost. 1-800-405-2121
