Thank you for your feedback! That's very strange that the battery works fine in the drill but is too tight in the charger. This certainly isn't the experience we want you to have. Please give our customer service team a call at 1-800-405-2121 or email us at mgr1@batterymart.com. We'd be happy to help troubleshoot the issue and determine if the battery needs to be replaced. We appreciate your business and look forward to getting this resolved for you.

It’s been 8 days since I ordered and all that’s happened is a shipping label was created. I’d expect things would move a bit faster since I paid almost as much for shipping as I did for the item and how can I give an honest opinion on my experience before the item has shipped

Thank you for your feedback. We understand your concern regarding the shipping timeline and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
The item you ordered is being shipped directly from the manufacturer, which can result in longer transit times than items shipping from our warehouse. We apologize for the delay and understand your expectations given the shipping charges.
Our team reached out by email on 5/28/26 with information regarding your order status and estimated shipping timeframe. If you have any questions or would like an update, please contact us at 1-800-405-2121 or reply directly to that email.
We appreciate your patience and thank you for your business.
