I wrote to Good Food over a week ago, no reply.
It used to be a good magazine with plenty of recipes, over the years it has become progressively thinner and this October only had 45 recipes , compared to previous October issues which all contained 74 recipes! A big drop. Also, the content gives lot off how to keep healthy advice, which I’m not wanting, or I would be purchasing a magazine about basic health. All in all, I’m so disappointed that I won’t be taking out anymore subscriptions with them.

MEANINGLESS EMAIL RECEIVED WITH NO LINK OR ANYTHING TO REQUEST INFORMATION ...
Do not buy from this company. They don't send the free gift- when you query it its out of stock. Take days to respond- my subscription is sometimes on my account sometimes not.
They have agreed to send a replacement after 4 months but you go round and round trying to contact them
No I will not fill in your contact form again.
Complete shambles and need reporting to trading standards . Customer services is a joke.

I paid on August the 10 . The payment was received by the publisher on the 17 of August . I have rung three times about my magazine subscription. Nobody has sorted this out and I am still waiting. Appalling service.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. No chance of cancelling subscription once they have you. Just go round in circles, the app sends you to website and website sends you to app.

Bbc good food website
I used to love this site, but now they have jumped on the band wagon of either pay for add free or have adds we already pay an extortionate price for our tv licence and it's just another way for the bbc to get money out of us. I know I can accept adds but why should I when we pay our licence and it's part of the corporation.

I wanted to know how much longer I had on my subscription. Unable to find out without paying or accepting all cookies. Contacted customer service, they were unhelpful, didn't care. Appalling. My subscription subsequently stopped with no communication from them...
