wrong size wheel
Beware!
They sent me wrong size wheel, not what I ordered and would not accept the fact even after I sent pics and size marking from original and new wheel. To get refund, they want me to ship it to back to Canada, pay 25% restocking fees and should not been mounted. How could you know it’s not as per specs until you mount?

3 flawed rims
This place is ridiculous. And so unprofessional. If I was able to give a zero, I would. Don't buy any rims or nothing with this bogus company. The worst experience i ever had.i bought four new rims. I got 2 flawed rims. Then I had to wait awhile for an investigation. Everything was so confusing. Their system sucks! Then I sent the one rim back, and then they mailed me back another damaged rim.I ended up taking partial cash back for the one rim with a scratch on it which I shouldn't have done! I told Sandra from customer service to speed up the process. I would keep the one flawed rim that had paint splash on it. She didn't say anything.I sent the one rim back with scratch. They said it was the wrong rim sent back. I said mail it back, because I wanted to part ways with this joke of a company. Then Sandra said I had to pay for shipping. I said since I didn't mail back the other rim that was damaged with paint splash. They would have had to mail me back a replacement for that one, so use that shipping for the wrong one. Sandra said that's another department you would have to deal with. Who cares they are all affiliated. What's the big deal.terrible system. This company wouldn't work with me. I wouldn't be writing this review right now if they would of mailed me four new rims with no damage. Then they blamed it on the mailing system. Always excuses.

2nd time I ordered from bb
This is the 2nd time i ordered from BB. The first time I ordered 5 tires for my trailer last summer. Unfortunately I hit some angle iron on the highway and put a 2 inch hole in the tire. I just ordered 1 more from them. Their prices are great and the shipping is very fast. Highly r recommend them
