Took a chance on this company. Don’t.
Took a chance on this company and ordered a clarins cleanser. Today a package was delivered so thin I had no idea what it could be and it was completely empty. They have said they are contacting the courier but it has nothing to do with them the package hadn’t been tampered with it was completely empty and the weight on the package said 160g far too light. The saving isn’t worth the risk of being scammed, don’t do it.

In cases of disputed delivery we do need to direct this issue to the courier service so that the whereabouts of your parcel can be investigated.
Once the investigation has started this can take up to 30 days to complete, that is not to say it will take that long this is just the timescale that we are advised by the courier.
I am very sorry that this issue has not been resolved for you as of yet however once we have the outcome of Royal Mail’s investigation we will update you.

I ordered a perfume and it never arrived but I still got my full refund. Very professional and kind customer service team agents. I believe it was the couriers fault. There was no tracking for the parcel even though it was a tracked parcel.
