This was my first time shopping on this website, and I was worried because of the reviews. I purchased the Elemis men's set on 1st Dec and received my order on 3rd Dec. The price was better than any other website. Yes, I would use them again as I had a very positive experience.

AVOID - bought Miracle perfume via EBay - 6 months on received an email from EBay stating product was hazardous and recalled ! ( obviously fake) sent remaining item back to seller- no refund given - just keep getting a standard standard 5 working days message - awful customer service - scammers - avoid - I’m now taking case to trading standards

We’ve fully investigated your order with eBay and can confirm that the Miracle perfume you purchased is 100% genuine and safe for continued use. eBay has confirmed in writing that the product does not contain any prohibited ingredients and that there is no safety recall.
It’s possible that the email you received from eBay was an automated product listing notice rather than an official safety warning, which can happen if an item is incorrectly flagged by their system. We understand how this can cause confusion.

Amazing Barbie and Ken perfumes!
The Barbie and Ken perfumes are amazing. Really worth buying them. The Barbie has a feminine, floral and fruity scent, whilst the Ken has a masculine, woody scent. Both are very versatile for evening and the day, and last the entire day without needing to top up. As a bonus, the bottles are vibrant and fun as decorations! 100% recommend, they smell like high-end perfumes but for a fraction of the price!

Scammers do not use beauty scent!!!
I ordered from beauty scent on the 9th September and I never received my order.
I have emailed and asked for a refund multiple times and I always get the same message back from a person called Kyle and I’m sure they are using a bot of some sort to reply to emails.
If you are thinking of buying anything from this website I wouldn’t! They have absolutely ripped me off

When you contacted us to say it had not arrived, we followed our due diligence process with the courier, which can take a little time to complete. We did ask for further information which was not forthcoming which also delayed process.
As soon as this process was finished, your order was refunded in full the very next day. We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be and want to reassure all customers that we always work to resolve such situations fairly.

I used this company through eBay as…
I used this company through eBay as they were cheapest for my perfume. Parcel was despatched next day however the post left a card and were delivering next day as I had given safe place instructions and had confirmation email. They ignored safe place… I contacted beauty scent and they were absolutely brilliant. They immediately chased post office and offered a replacement or money back but I managed to retrieve parcel from post office. I have to say their customer service was superb, prices very very good and delivery immediate and it was only post office that let us down.

If there was 0 stars I would definitely put a 0. Please do not buy from this company, totally useless, never received my delivery, trying to contact them through tlf or email with no respond. £100 I’ve lost and they don’t help at all.
