They have failed to send all the items…
They have failed to send all the items i ordered and for the passed 3 weeks they are 'looking into it'. I have sent them numerous emails and pictures showing packaging, signed forms to declare the missing item but NOTHING. They are not issuing a refund nor sending replacement. This is THEFT!

Scammy, ordered an item 12/07/2025,which was a saturday and was around evening time, and within 1 hr got despatch which i thought oh wow that was quick, and then wednesday i thought oh it has not turned up even they sent it royal mail 48,so i tracked it but couldnt as royal mail gave me an error msg, so then friday arrived and all i recieved was an empty box even those i ordered 2 perfumes which were on big boxes as ive had the brand before

Beauty scent/fragrance shop avoid! Scam!
Beauty scent which also runs under the fragrance shop is an absolute joke! They sent the wrong perfume. I emailed them straight away from my order email. They'd ask if I'm able to print a return label and when I reply it suddenly goes to postmaster meaning the email link is not valid anymore. I tried 3 times and even explained that I'm not having luck with their customer service attaching all the screenshots of emails and they'd still ask if I'm able to print. Then it goes straight to postmaster again. I even called them and had someone laying that I'm emailing the wrong address, that I called the fragrance shop and not beauty scent or that they can't give me the actual beauty scent number but they magically suddenly saw someone from the beauty scent department and that they promised to call back. Of course that didn't happen. And when I tried to call the number again, it would change between ringing with a fast dial tone meaning there's no connection or ring 5 times and automatically hang up. What a scam! Luckily PayPal gave me my money back and I kept the perfume even if it wasn't the right one. So I won over them which makes me smile. What a palaver. Stay away! the good reviews are probably fake or paid for!

Cancelled my order, emailed me with a sentence simply saying it was ‘ because of unforeseen circumstances and your payment has not yet been refunded’. Days later and I haven’t had any further contact, and they still have my money.

In all honesty I wasn’t actually holding out much hope on receiving my order.
