BeautyFeatures.ie Reviews

I ordered a shampoo and conditioner plus a hair mask, when my order came my shampoo and conditioner were both open spilling all over the box and other items in there.
Half of both bottles are gone and the lid was loose on both.
Very unhappy won’t be ordering again

Easy site to operate. Great deals. Great value for money Fast delivery

Quick delivery, everything arrived.

Ordered Monday evening and arrived Wednesday! Best price for product also

My first time using the site. Reveiws looked great. They use the worst couriers service. 2 weeks after order was made i question where my package was. First reply gave me a DPD reference number that showed delivered in Germany! Queried again to be advised delivery was made by fast way. Was advised this several times... No sign of parcel. Nearly 1 month later still no product. Finally i have been Offered full refund but of course no update or reply to advise that I will actually get it. So poor. So disappointing. Cannot recommend or trust to use site again im afraid.
