Wonderful service and a great product!
I bought a selection of British IPA box for my brother as it was his birthday. He loves a decent pint! He was thrilled with the gift as every bottle was a different brand. The quality of the beer was wonderful and the whole buying process from Beerhunter was professional and personal. I'll definitely use them again.

Do not use
Would avoid this company like the plague. ordered four boxes of beer which was short dated on Monday 3rd August heard nothing since then. So decided to ring them on the 6th August for them to tell me there was no actual stock. The best they could do was offer me 5% of the actual fully priced item. Customer service is atrocious. The website is unusable doesn’t update quick enough wouldn’t waste my time especially as well when you pay £8.95 for delivery.

Poor customer service
I ordered 2 x 12 packs of beer, via DPD I received a 12 pack and an 8 pack. No notification from anyone to say why this was. After emailing Beerhunter I received an automated AI response asking me to prove it. A few hours later, after AI telling me they've passed this on to a human, I was told the issue was down to a lack of stock. Well why didn't anyone tell me when ordering?! Or even a note in the delivery?! It shouldn't be down to the customer to sort this all out. I've now got to wait up to 10 days to receive a refund for the 4 missing bottles. Really not impressed.

We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to receive fewer beers than you ordered without any explanation, and then have to contact us to find out what had happened. That's not the experience we want any of our customers to have.
We can confirm that a refund has now been processed for the missing beers. While refunds can sometimes take a few working days to appear, it has been issued from our side.
We'd also like to apologise for your experience with our new AI customer service system. We've recently introduced it to help us respond to customers more quickly, but we're still refining it and addressing issues like the one you experienced. Your feedback is incredibly valuable and has highlighted areas where we need to improve, particularly when stock shortages occur and when a case needs to be handed over to a member of our team.
We appreciate your honest feedback, and we're sorry we let you down on this occasion. We hope you'll consider giving us another opportunity to provide the level of service we're known for.
