Pasta ragu buonissima servizio ottimo gentili giovani

110 mins for frozen burger,inedible chewy kebab I had to spit out on the 1st bite. Both items swimming in mayo,despite order request notes asking politely to put the sauce in a tub. I wasted £20 on an inedible takeaway that just eat are refusing to refund. I wouldn't even feed it to the dog it went in the bin.

Avoid Bella Italia in Cambridge. Dreadful food and very defensive and arrogant duty manager despite staff doing very best to please.

Our waitress Mel was lovely and even took a group photo of our table. The food was delicious and fresh. I couldn't fault the experience here.

Went again to Bella Italia Central Milton Keynes. Everything was fine, food fine, pizza fine etc. staff and service fine. Except!!

Why oh why do chefs serve up hot pasta dishes on a cold plate. Why on earth would you send out hot food on cold plates. It was also came on a huge dished plate which absorbs so much heat energy from the food.

I hope this comment get back to overall management as any company preparing and serving hot food should know that the consumer of the food wants it served hot and to stay warm to the end of the meal.

An inviting, warm & friendly atmosphere. Great food at very good prices. I have always found the Lancaster restaurant to be excellent. Thank you to Des, Chris and the team. Look forward to seeing you all again soon.

The experience at this establishment was highly disappointing and can only be described as a complete rip-off. Upon arrival, patrons are misled by the presence of cards on every table that prominently advertise bottomless drinks. However, when the bill arrives, it is revealed that this offer is contingent upon explicitly requesting it, despite the misleading signage. This lack of transparency and the subsequent deception are unacceptable practices.

Furthermore, the staff exhibited a complete lack of engagement and professionalism. Their attitude was indifferent, and when I approached them with a polite inquiry regarding the charges for the drinks, I was met with dismissive and rude behaviour. This lack of customer service is a significant detriment to the overall dining experience.

In addition to the poor service, the quality of the food was subpar. The pizza was excessively greasy, and the meatballs contained undesirable grizzle, which detracted from the meal’s enjoyment.

Given these issues, I find it highly unlikely that I will return to this establishment.

Bella Italia, Lakeside

Our experience at Bella Italia in Lakeside was disappointing. When the waitress came to take our order, she kept pushing us to order starters, making us feel pressured. As a result, we only ordered for our hungry child and one starter.

When the starter arrived, she placed it on the table and, in a noticeably bitter tone, asked if that was all. She then left the table with an overly strong and almost sarcastic “Bon appétit.” The overall service felt unwelcoming.

To make matters worse, the food we ordered for our child was completely forgotten. When we asked about it, instead of acknowledging the mistake, the waitress insisted she had confirmed our order three times—when she clearly hadn’t. Strangely, once we pointed it out, the food arrived within 1–2 minutes, which raised concerns about its freshness and quality.

Adding to the poor experience, the chef was on his break at a table next to us, loudly watching TikTok videos on his phone, which made the atmosphere feel unprofessional and disruptive.

Would not recommend based on this visit.

We booked a table for a Saturday late lunch, we were greater with a friendly smile from a nice young lady who seated us, rather cramped but okay.

Upon browsing the menus and deciding on a pasta dish, the price caught my eye, the pricing was faint against the wording of the dishes.
But when I saw £17.80 for a plate of pasta, I said to the wife ‘I’m not being ripped off for a plate of £7 pasta.
Browsing over the rest of the menu I realised that all the dishes are a total rip off, I don’t mind paying good money for good food, but this is a fast food chain, and should be priced as such and not priced as some sort of high quality Italian gourmet restaurant.

We stood up and walked out, and never will we return.

A beautiful meal at the Telford restaurant. So tasty, enough to eat and a very pleasant number of staff. My first time there, and I’ll be going again

Absolutely useless ordered on just eat for 6pm kept changing time ended up cancelling order last time they said would be 8pm phoned and got digital messages, awful service.

Been twice now to the Bella Italia in purley way. Awful service, takes over 30 mins for food to come out and both times we was missing 2 main meals leaving my partners food to go cold, then when I ask kindly where’s the meals I get told a couple of mins which I can assure you it is not. Not to mention they have crammed in too many tables at this new one so everyone’s chairs are practically touching and the waiters/waitresses barge past your chairs to get through. they seem to be all over the place. I also ordered a pasta meal, which came out with practically nothing in the bowl and over heard quite a few people saying the same? Seems like they are using sparingly Overall do not recommend. However, Crawley branch cannot fault, food out within 10 mins, lovely service!

The food is not worth the price, it is tasteless, underseasoned and reheated.It used to be tastier!

Unfortunately we didn’t have a very good experience at Bella Italia Purley Way. Multiple of the staff members were very rude. On numerous occasions we heard the chef shouting at the waiting staff which I found to be rude and unprofessional especially in hearing distance of customers. We overheard the chef saying there was no carbonara left, however no staff member communicated this to us, so we had to request a menu to change what we had ordered. We also asked for no mushrooms in one of our dishes. The pasta then turned up with mushrooms still inside the dish. The waitress went to tell the chef he had made it with mushrooms, however there was no resolution and no offer to remake the dish, so my friend had to eat her food despite clearly stating she wanted the mushrooms removed. When trying to explain this all to the manager, there didn’t seem to be much concern and no apology was given. There was one waiter/host, who unfortunately we did not get his name, who was extremely helpful and sweet. He was quick to seat us and recommend things from the menu and tried to ensure we had a good experience despite the chaos. It was a shame to hear multiple members of staff be rude to him, when he seemed to be the only one who knew what he was doing! Overall not too pleased with our experience.

Absolutely disgusted with this company

Sent me an offer and have been openly publicising their bottomless drinks offer over the Xmas period, clearly stating in their own T & Cs that it's available at my chosen restaurant on NYE only to find out when you book it they are now saying it's not available

What a scam and what a way to treat their customers it's disgusting

Ordered a spaghetti bolognese at 7.15pm. Rang the restaurant at 9.20pm politely asking for an update. I understand it is just eats responsibility to assign the driver but do not appreciate the manager sniggering down the phone to me telling me it’s not his problem and my foods sat waiting “for me”.

Went with my husband to the Northampton branch as we had not been for years.
Even better than I remember it!

Staff were great, food was the problem ordered the Carbonara with the added pulled chicken confused as the chicken resulted in only four pieces of 2 cm for an extra £3 on top and then bacon had two mouthfuls ended up spitting both out just gristle and all that for £17 quid not value for money or taste will not be going back to this centreparcs restaurant again save your money pick one of the others.

Went to Bella italia and ordered a vegan spaghetti bolognaise. I began to eat my food and realised this was in fact meat. To which I told the staff and they told me there was nothing they could do
I had to pay for the meal that I didn’t eat or order

I then have tried to make a complaint through the website/email and even contacted them on social media and then found out that they don’t have any form of complaint policy to even make a complaint and I had to go in store - to which I tried and was told there was nothing they could do
