Customer service was excellent and first class
I rate the service received very highly as not only were Bellspire able to attend the property in question on the same day that I approached them but they kept me informed throughout the process both on what to expect and how the process would work regarding surveys. When I had queries in relation to what was found I found them very helpful in sourcing assistance in rectifying an issue. Customer service both at point of contact and in the follow up was excellent and they were happy to maintain contact to ensure queries were resolved.

Efficient
The team was very quick to reply to my emails and even out of hours! I was abroad and really appreciated being able to use email. They have produced report quickly, had loads of details with photos. Also the price was very competitive!
