New convert!
Purchased for the first time last month and very impressed with the quality. I bought three jumpers, two for my daughter and one for myself. They are very soft and well made. They look like they will be much more durable that others I have bought at a similar price point.
Will definitely by buying more from this brand.

Beautiful quality
I have made numerous purchases from Bencer and Hazelnut over the past three years and have always been impressed with their buttery soft fabric, beautiful quality and gorgeous prints. Their Christmas release has become an annual tradition in our household and i’m sure this year will be no exception ❤️

Do not buy from Bencer and Hazelnut!
Was advised that orders would be posted within 2-3 weeks. Item was posted express just before the 3 week mark. Tracking showed it was picked up but was never scanned again. I contacted Bencer and Hazelnut to investigate and heard no updates for a week. I contacted them again through PayPal 10 days after it was due to be delivered. They said they would look into it and refund if it could not be located. I contacted them again 4 days after that and they told me it was already refunded but I received no refund or no notification of that it was being refunded. I escalated to PayPal claims who advised that no refund had been initiated. Bencer and Hazelnut advised that the refund would not go through while there was an active claim but PayPal advised me that this was incorrect. I am aware of multiple other people who ordered at the same time as me who also have missing parcels. I contacted Australia Post and they advised that the shipments in this timeframe were being investigated as it was unusual for so many to be missing from the one seller

As you mention our EOFY orders were shipped within the advertised timeframe however did see some delays with Aus post, we were very transparent about this across social media to keep everyone updated. We do note in our terms and conditions at checkout that all time frames are an estimate only as we are unable to control delivery time frames once handed over. A number of people on the social media post you are referring to noted they experienced delays with EOFY orders across many brands, whilst we wish it wasnt any at all thankfully it was only 47 of over 3000 orders we shipped with EOFY that were delayed.
We hold a key account with Aus post eparcel and I have reached out to our account mananger to confirm your mention of investigations and they do not have any knowledge of this.
In our emails you noted these items were for a gift so we happily agreed to refund you where your tracking hadnt updated. We processed on our side but as noted to you in an email, once a paypal case is opened the funds are put on hold from us - this can be viewed in case history within Paypal. We provided the receipt including ARN (Acquirer Reference Number), from here once it was esculated to a claim we simply provided them the same info & they closed the case releasing the funds to you, again info can be found in claim history. We did our best to communicate this but believe there was some misunderstanding based on responses saying you would not close the case when we hadnt requested this at all.
We are all about happy customers and we really love a quick parcel arrival as much as everyone else which is actually why we uprgade all our orders to express but sometimes its just out of our hands and this is why we were happy to refund you over waiting for delays to clear.
I do apolgise your experience was not as you expected and hope you have a lovely weekend.

Baby jumpsuits
Recently purchased jumpsuits for our new grandson - I have previously purchased them in a smaller size. He looks very cute in his dinosaur suit.
My daughter & I were very impressed with the quality of the baby clothes - the fabric feels quite thick, & for the Canberra winter they will be very warm.
The print designs are unique - I haven’t seen them before & this is grandchild number 7!!
