Absolute disgrace, my experience was so awful that it seems that the company is a scam! Placed an order in August for items that were due in stock in august. It is now almost November and no items have been sent out. I totally understand if there is delays in stock but NO communication from company and the majority of all my emails are ignored!!! I have had to open a PayPal dispute to get a refund. Absolutely appalling

I would give this company 0 no stars if I could. I pre-ordered Wiggles clothing in February 2026 which were meant to be available in March/April 2026. Upon following up, then advised that there were delays with the shipping company, then it was delayed because the shipping company had lost the order. Then it was that they had reordered the items from a different supplier. Then received an email to say stock had been received and would not be posted followed by an email saying all stock had been posted but I didn't receive my items or any notification that my order had been shipped so I asked for a refund in September 2026 - I had paid via Paypal.

Owner said the refund had been issued but after a few weeks nothing received, followed up for them to say that there had been an issue with the refund. I confirmed my details but no reply. So I raised a dispute with Paypal who said because it was over 180 days I was entitled to a refund under their policy.

I followed up again with the seller and raised a dispute with my card company. I then received a refund but obviously she had selected good'services and my refund was a few pounds short. It wasn't worth the argument. So I am out of pocket for a few pounds and without the items I ordered.

I then received an email to say why had I raised a dispute when they had refunded me, they don't refund twice.

Will not be ordering with them again.

Ordered a Father’s Day mug which I knew from previous experience with this company probably wouldn’t arrive in time but I still wanted the mug. Anyway aust post label created, no tracking. Then get an email saying aust post had notified them that the mug had been damaged in transit, did I want a refund or replacement. I confirmed replacement. Just waiting on tracking for the replacement, who knows maybe I’ll get it by Xmas lol
Forgot to add, they also sent a print out to use for Father’s Day about the mug since there was no mug delivered in time for Father’s Day.

Ordered for Father’s Day with an expected shipping in July. The week before Father’s Day and items still haven’t been shipped and I’ve had no communication from the business despite multiple attempts on multiple platforms.
Editing to add - I was contacted by the company who did find my details and then didn’t contact me again. I went through my bank for a refund and B&H then asked why I didn’t just ask for a refund because they would’ve given it. Except after trying to contact them half a dozen times with no reply, or one reply and then nothing, I had no idea if I’d ever get an answer and I really just wanted the mugs I ordered not a refund. The products are lovely. It’s just hit and miss whether you get them or any kind of customer service.

High quality kids clothes and hold up despite kids outdoor play. T-shirts are unbelievably soft, kids love wearing them.

I placed my order at the end of April and it’s now mid August and I’m still waiting for my order to be shipped. I’ve been patiently waiting after receiving a few generic emails stating a delay with shipping etc but, this is beyond ridiculous now. This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this same issue either and I had to reach out multiple times to receive my refund as they apparently ‘miscalculated’ production time and reassured me that this ‘wouldn’t happen ‘again’
Communication has been overall rather poor and customer service as well. Disappointing as they have a great range and good quality clothes for children.

Really hate writing negative reviews, but I was so excited to place my first order with this company, only to receive the worst customer service. I cannot comment on the quality of the clothing as unfortunarely I now won’t receive my order. Here’s my experience:

- 4th August - order placed
- 10th August - email sent to them asking if my order had been sent, no response
- 13th August - another follow up sent as still no shipment, no response. Also followed up on Instagram.
- 14th August - the below email was sent to me: Hi,
Sorry our emails to you were bouncing and I didnt realise, sorry.
We are almost through sale orders and will have them all out by early next week

Overall, time wasted, lack of customer service and no items received! And I now have to go and shop for birthday presents elsewhere.

I have been buying Bencer and Hazlenut since back when it was Piper Bug! The quality of the clothes is one thing that has remained unchanged and I could not recommend this company to anyone more than I currently do! Their adults pyjamas and sweaters are a true rare gold worthy item, don’t miss out x thanks team

The items I received were fantastic quality. They look exactly like the images. No heavy filters changing the tones.

I am always blown away by the quality of the garments and the cuteness of the designs. Bencer and Hazelnut has easily become a staple in my daughter’s wardrobe. Highly highly recommend.

Customer service, quality, quick delivery.

Love this brands quality products, the baby clothing is a nice soft material, the mugs are well made.

Absolutely love the clothes & quality.
Love that they have a wide range of sizes so we can match siblings.

Only downside is shipping times - we’re in WA and usually have to wait forever to get out things. Also preorders are always delayed.
