Absolutely amazing from start to finish!! Order was easy, we were able to track the progress of our delivery- the delivery was very smooth and we had two very kind men that brought our madras’s at the agreed time- the product is top quality- would highly recommend!!

I bought a mattress with a discount but it was defective. I had to buy another one but they didn't apply the discount on the new mattress so I had to pay a lot more money. I was without mattress for 3 months, they charged me for the delivery of the new mattress. The customer service was terrible, they consistently ignored me

Ordered a new bed and mattress. Kept updated throughout and on delivery day was giving estimate time for my order to arrive. Bed was assembled quickly and my old bed was taken away for recycling.

Took 2 visit for us to decide on which mattress we wanted, these visits was several months apart yet the advisor Daisy from the Aberdeen depot remembered us and important parts of our previous conversation that was important to why we was looking for new mattress.

Very professional and gave us space where required and was very attentive.

Fantastic experience - staff were welcoming, helpful and very patient as I changed my mind a couple of times but in the end made the right decision and came away happy. Can’t wait to get my new mattress.

2* is for our overall 4-month experience to get a new mattress on our bed. Will not be using again.
Customer services refused to remove the original tempur mattress that had an unpleasant and intolerable chemical smell, even if we paid to have it removed, until our upsold mattress was ready. Left with a product unfit to sleep on ‘off gassing’ in our bedroom. Re-wrapped carefully in its plastic and sealed, there was still a whiff of vomit. Window open, room unusable, during the coldest winter months. Paid additional cost for non-foam mattress which finally arrived end of March. Beware the small print of Benson’s satisfaction guarantee and Benson’s inflexibility towards their customers. A sour and salutary start to our move.
The sales staff were friendly and the delivery drivers great, but this was a super challenging experience to buy an essential household item. Not recommended.
