Purchasing our new bed was an extremely good experience from our initial visit to the Bensons for Beds Aylesford store through to delivery. Communication through the whole process was excellent.

Great customer service and delivery experience no issues at all from start to finish

Loving the bed and mattress so far very comfortable, bit pricey but what isn't these days.
The bed is good something different to what we've always had but good space for storage.
Staff at the store were very helpful and friendly, defo would go back for future purchases.

I am very happy with the bed and mattress. The whole process from speaking to the sale person to delivery etc was seamless. I recommend Benson for beds.

Awful customer service, I purchased a bed and did there sleep thing and they recommended my mattress but it’s really hard , I called with in the 40 days and was told to persist with it and my body would get used to it I said I didn’t think it would but they fobbed me of and now I’m out of the 40 days and they will do nothing, awful company all they want is your money would never purchase from them again or recommend them to anyone

Great service in shop with good advice particularly with respect to ordering super king size beds and avoiding damaging them as they are pushed upstairs. Solved with a two part zipped together mattress.

I havnt used Bensons for many years to be honest, but this recent experience is worth a review. The team at point of sale in Aylesford, Kent were all knowledgeable and with a professional and light hearted approach. This was backed up by Garry and Kattinde, the delivery drivers who were so good at getting a heavy mattress into position past our newly decorated stairs, walls and landing without a mark. You are kept informed along the way, and of course the new mattress is spot on.

Tom was very helpful and personable while we bounced around various mattresses he suggested to try to suit our needs. We eventually chose one and Tom set about organising the purchase and delivery arrangements in a very efficient manner.
The mattress was delivered in good time by 'Lord' Larry and his assistant Keltinde ...with good humour and energy! An overall pleasant and stress free experience. Would recommend.

Good customer service - as an elderly person I had lots of help with choosing my purchase from sales staff at Aylesford. Stewart provided lots of advice and there was no sales pressure at all. I just bought a divan base and headboard as none of the mattresses suited me but this wasn’t a problem.

Delivery was very smooth as I had a call so I knew what time they would be arriving - both delivery drivers were very pleasant and polite, took their boots off on my new carpet which was lovely!

Very good service from start to finish and would absolutely recommend.

The staff in general were nice and not in your face. When Stewart in Aylesford branch did approach, he had good product knowledge, was very concerned we lay on the beds to ascertain the feel and what was correct for us. No product was pushed. He explained the pros and cons of all of the bed types and we told him what we had to have. We felt this was the correct way to shop and an assistant was an assistant. Not hard sell salesman. The other staff made us feel welcome too. Overall very good experience. We always buy from Bensons and will carry on in the future . And there is a lift!

Tried bed in shop as had uncomfortable online mattress purchase. Decided to return online mattress. Bought mattress form Bensons online. Picked suitable date delivery. All good

Travelled over to Aylesford store after doing some research online for a new bed. Had a good offer on so decided to head over for a look. We were greeted by Tom straight away who asked how we were and asked what we had in mind. We had a rough idea but wanted to test a few mattresses. He explained that he was with another customer but was available should we have any questions. He was very attentive and regularly came over to ask how we were getting on. There was no hard sales push at all. We said we only wanted 2 drawers as the other 2 were lost to bedside tables and he showed us another alternative that had smaller drawers which was perfect. We weren’t keen on the shades in store so he showed us a swatch booklet that we were able to choose from. He listened to us and offered cover should our cats damage the beds. He was friendly, knowledgeable and very attentive. I’ve purchased from Bensons in the past and the quality has always been fantastic.

Tom at Aylesford store was helpful and knowledgeable of the beds and mattresses. I didn't feel rushed or pushed to make a purchase, he took his time showing me alternative options and explaining the difference in the products
