Vicki is extremely customer centric and took the time to explain the different mattresses in detail, leaving me feeling comfortable with the choices and decision making.
It was due to her service levels and competitive price offers that I purchased 4 mattresses in the space of 1 week from Bensons. Still very happy with my purchases after 4 months, including being able to have a great night's rest on any of the beds.
