Excellent service and experience..
I can not praise you sales representative enough. She was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Providing me with excellent and proportionate guidance and advice so that I was able to buy a bed that met all my needs and one I am very pleased with. Your delivery men were also very courteous and obliging. I would certainly return to your store for any future bed purchases.

Great overall experience
We visited the store and had a browse before being approached by Joselyn who asked how we were getting on and if we knew what we were looking for. Even with our not very good explanation of what we were looking for she showed us a few mattresses and after the second we knew exactly what style we needed to look for! No pushy sales or upselling if anything was very aware of our budget, after going round the store again with more knowledge of what we wanted we ended up settling on the very first mattress joselyn matched us to, her years of experience definitely showed! Overall great experience and when we went to finish the sale great delivery timeline also. We can’t wait for our new mattress☺️

Fantastic service from start to finish from Bob and his team, everything was so easy from ordering to the delivery, always kept in the loop even down to the delivery drivers phone call 1/2 hour before arriving, they couldn’t do enough for you.
