Very knowledgeable sales person. Friendly without being too familiar. Gave us the information we needed and then left us to make our own choice. Straightforward purchase. Delivery communication very good. Delivery men were courteous and professional. Paid for base of bed to be put together which was done without any problems. Good experience all round. Would recommend.

I don't remember their names but the lady who helped mework out the best bed for me then the girl that server me were both fantastic!

My Bensons tufted, pocket sprung with wool mattress was coming to its life's end and having been so happy with it for so long, it was to Bensons I went for a replacement.
The staff in store were helpful but not pushy. For reasons unknown to me I decided on a fairly high spec mattress with a foam surface. I should have known better, as a woman of a certain age I am sensitive to any extra heat at night, and after about 20 minutes on this mattress, I knew it was not going to work for me as it threw back so much heat.
Miserable about having made a mistake and so fearful of making another, I returned to the store.
Again, staff were incredibly helpful in resolving a comfort exchange and giving me space to select its repalcement.
I chose the Fairfield Backcare which is pretty much a like for like of my original mattress - tufted, sprung and wool.
It was delivered on a day of 32 degrees but two wonderful guys who could not have been more helpful. Communication was excellent prior to delivery and collection and they unwrapped the mattress, collected the unwanted and even took my original down, wrapped it and put it in the shed for charity collection - way beyond their brief in scorching temperatures!
I slept excellently from the first night , despite it being tropical temperatures. Wool is often misunderstood as heat giving whereas it can also be cooling. The mattress feels firm and solid yet is lighter than my previous one for turning.
I am atlast a very very happy, well-slept bunny and wouldn't go anywhere else for a mattress.

The installation process was seamless and the team were polite throughout. They ensured they covered their shoes before going on carpets, and carefully moved all parts to prevent scratching the walls or causing any damage.

Staff were great, and the delivery was on time and done well.

Bensons were excellent throughout the whole process, from the helpful advice in store, the messages keeping me up to date with the progress of my order, to the delivery of the bed and mattress by a great team. Excellent help from Michael in store. I knew what I wanted and he didn't try to push anything extra.
Kept up to date with delivery which was on time and polite, efficient staff who put the bed upstairs as requested.

The sales assistant was supportive and even offered a pillow to try with the bed.
