great service, both in the shop and delivery service... great communication.
Even though they couldn't get the old bed down the stairs, they were very helpful to try and get me a refund for recycling the bed.... however, it was pretty obvious that admin then management (Eventually) at the end of the phone seemed to make the drivers job more difficult! Once this was approved, again brilliant service when I phoned up the shop to claim my approved refund. Thanks for a great service and quality new bed and mattress!

Delivery drivers protected my floors by wearing protective indoor shoes..

Absolutely no fuss, sales staff are professional and respectful, everything was explained throughout so no surprises.

My experience in the shop was amazing and the lady serving us was brilliant.
The delivery was shocking!
The men have damaged the plastic pillar on the outside of the property where they have hit it with the new bed. They were like the chuckle brothers trying to get the bed in, my daughter had to suggest taking out the old bed first before bringing in the new. One man was very grumpy and rude.

We had a refund for a mattress only purchased 3yrs ago which was really uncomfortable considering it was nearly £1,000 & in your"Bespoke" range. Bensons dealt with our complaint promptly & efficiently & sending out someone to check it out. He advised it was faulty & you telephoned to advised us to return to the Banbury store to replace it. We saw a very helpful, efficient & particularly knowledgeable lady called Mandy who took us through the store explaining each mattress! Very confusing, as so much choice now. We eventually whittled it down to 2 & she explained the difference of each. Our only gripe was that the test bed which was supposed to advise you what mattress was best for you wasn't working correctly as apparently quite old, which was disappointing & may of helped with our choice. Hopefully we chosen the best one for us, which is, as you will appreciate quite difficult only trying a bed out for a few minutes! We were advised if you felt it wasn't right for you, there was a return option, but at a cost!

Great customer service from start of buying process to delivery. Naomi was very patient and informative in helping us to decide on the right bed/mattress for us and Andrew and Stephen were very conscientious when delivering, wearing shoe protectors at all times inside and advising we took down the pictures on stair walls to avoid any damage. Great communication before delivery and aftercare information.
