Quality representatives - Naomi
Naomi really was a lovely representative. She provided enough information without overloading with information and left us to think on our own. Naomi was very calm and professional - she knew what she was talking about. Sometimes company representatives can be so over the top that it can put you off. Naomi got it completely right. We bought a mattress and matching pillows within 20 minutes of being in the shop. She made your sale that day.

Was told that they had a sale on Boxing…
Was told that they had a sale on Boxing day 10% but when I came there I was told that a 25% discount would only apply if I spent over a certain amount. Not impressed!
