Helpful assistant and mattress a good price

I've got to give a big thank you to Tom at the Basingstoke branch of Bensons!
We had already spent several weekends trying out different mattresses from other retailers, although knew we wanted a frame from Bensons. So we tried a couple of other branches on our travels to see what they had.
We settled on one particular mattress and we were given excellent advice and assistance from Tom without any sales push.
After putting our order through Bensons kept me informed on the delivery date, everything was on time and handled with perfectly.
The delivery was great, really nice, polite and helpful gentlemen. It was super handy being able to see where they were in their route, and even gave us a call 30 mins before arrival.
We decided to build the frame ourselves (Darlton ottoman), it was fairly simple although I'll say the very first part of the instructions had us confused, and had to contact Basingstoke (and Tom, apologies!), just due to a possibly out of date print, it showed one small part to fit that didn't exist. All was well once that hiccup was realised.
We're incredibly pleased with our mattress and bed, it's super comfortable and supportive. As mentioned in the title, I really think it makes more sense to have a point of contact in-store rather than online.

We returned to the same sales team following our previous purchase of a bed and mattress for another mattress because of the excellent experience the first time. We were not disappointed! A different sales person and an equally thorough and pleasant experience.

Friendly and efficient service from start to finish including the in shop service

We were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She walked with us around the store explaining what was available.
Her knowledge helped us to make a quick decision.

Bensons offers a 40 day exchange but they do not tell you that if there is a price increase in the same mattress you need to pay in the difference in the price . We asked to exchange the mattress from a medium to a firm. The mattress went up by £300 in 16days

Went to our local Benson for beds in Basingstoke today.
What amazing service from Maria she was so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble.

We went into the store with particular needs and a budget. Tom who served us knew where to point us towards recommendations of what to try and was amazing throughout the buying process by answering all and any questions we had. He made sure we knew all the details before we made a purchase and made sure we got the best deal possible.

We were served my Maria and she was incredibly knowledgeable. We were also served by Lucy as well

The whole experience started in the Showroom. Very knowledgeable and very helpful staff who couldn’t be more helpful.
The delivery was very well executed,again by great people and on time.

Tom (? Basingstoke) was incredibly helpful, and really listened to our situation and what we were looking for. He was so patient and knowledgeable, it really made a huge difference. Granted we had spent a few weeks already researching and testing mattresses at various retailers but it was extremely useful to have his thoughts which also confirmed ours. In all of the Bensons we'd visited, the staff were always polite, friendly and not pushy for a sale, it just makes the experience more relaxed and ultimately useful.

Helpful staff and easy to deal with

This was an excellent process from start to completion. The instore salesman was friendly and professional and provided clear advice. The delivery crew arrived early (not a problem for me) and rang me to let me know when they were enroute. Both men were friendly and treated my property respectfully.
