The staff were very professional and…
The staff were very professional and helpful in giving us advice and showing us all the different types of mattress in the store and we tried out a vast amount of different makes of firm and medium to firm mattresses. We ordered the chosen mattress and it was delivered in good time by very helpful delivery team. However the mattress we brought is a lot firmer than the mattress we tried in the store and the wife and I are not sleeping very well. We do understand the time sleep trial period of 7 to 40 days in getting the mattress to settle in and adjust to our body. We are in the early stages of using this mattress and we are both under the same agreement that we may need to seek an alternative less firmer mattress in the coming weeks.

I was disappointed to find out the mattress i ordered kept getting back ordered because the factory didn't have it in stock, when the online system said it would be ready by a certain date. I had to wait nearly two months and had to pay an extra 1000 pounds to get another mattress since the one i originally wanted kept delaying.

Good looking bed
Saw bed in showroom and then ordered online. Very easy and bed came flat packed, good instructions and ok to assemble. Very comfortable bed and granddaughter really likes.

Better buy somewhere else
Service was ok-ish, we found what we wanted, but if the person who is taking the order is not listening and you end up with assuming you booked a service to then recognise it hasn't been booked and you get charged additionally, that's really bad. Furthermore, not getting explained a bill and what the different abbreviations mean is not only customer unfriendly, but also simply unacceptable.
Had to come back twice and still end up with self-assembly.
Next time I will choose a different company, sorry BfB, that was pathetic.

Monjh was a great help when choosing a matress

Excellent customer service
Me and my family had an excellent experience at Cambridge Beehive Retail Park wigh the Store Manager Monju. He was very knowledgeable and informed us about bed related information and answered thoroughly all of our questions. He was very kind and welcoming into the store too! He made our experience with buying a bed on a good deal very easy and pleasant and we will be sure to come again if we need to buy anymore furniture. Moreover all staff were very kind and asked us if we need help with anything.
