Bensons For Beds - Carlisle Reviews 

After ordering a split adjustable super king bed and mattress's. We waited nearly 2 months for delivery. When it came we were told that it wouldn’t fit upstairs. They did give it a try but put the bed back in the van. When we bought the set we were given a measurement guide. Then were told we wouldn’t need it as they would be 2 single beds joined together. We had paid a deposit and have had to pay 20% of the total amount to get it back. We offered to buy the 2 mattresses but were told they would cost us £1200. This didn’t seem fair not only because the whole set was to cost £1800 but the mattresses were on sale cheaper in store

Lisa takes the time to help you find what you’re looking for without being pushy at all. Really listened to what I needed and helped me find the right things. Started with no clue about different mattresses and left getting exactly what I wanted

We visited the Carlisle store this afternoon and we were met by Carl, Manager and Ryan, Salesman. They were both very friendly and helpful. We purchased a bed base to be delivered in three weeks and we were extremely satisfied with the price and service. Will definitely buy from them again in the future.

Me and my husband visited the Carlisle store and lyon was very helpful. He offered us advice on what to look for in a mattresses and their after maintenance and care. He could not help us enough around the store while we made a decision on the bed and mattress to buy.

Fantastic service from Bensons & the delivery team. They delivered 2 weeks early, of which I am very grateful for. Delivery guys were very efficient & courteous.they took away all of the packaging and were super fast at putting my new bed together. 1 of the guys then explained how to use the remote control (it’s an adjustable bed). From walking in the showroom at Carlisle to delivery and assembly of bed (that drove down from Ayr) an excellent service received all round, all staff were friendly, didn’t push for a sale, answered our questions without hesitation, delivery team were on time, super efficient, very courteous and respectful leaving no trace they had been in our house. We had purchased our beds for 30 years from a local company and became disappointed so delighted we tried Bensons on a friends recommendation we were not disappointed will recommend in the future too!

Knowing in advance what timeframe the delivery was going to be made, plus a phone call 30 minutes before they arrived meant I could relax as there wouldn't be someone knocking on my front door unexpectedly.

Karl in the store was very knowledgeable, ably answering any questions we had and left us to "try" out the beds to ensure we chose one that suited our requirements. We visited the store on numerous occassions over a two week period before settling on our chosen bed and felt we got a great deal. I would highly recommend the Carlisle store.

The shop sales advisor was extremely good, well informed, knowledgeable and sensitive to our needs. We had no idea how to start finding a replacement mattress suited to our needs, but with his guidance he made us feel more confident and helped us make a choice. I would recommend this store wholeheartedly.

We purchased our new bed and matrass two months in advance and chose a delivery date that suited our requirements perfectly. The delivery went very smoothly and the delivery team were incredibly helpful.

Bensons from the word go to the very end were informative , very helpful and patient. Ryan took time to explain benefits (and even minus points for my own personal benefit ) by reiterating which was a plus as it meant I actually remembered everything he told me. Nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were accommodating. The paper work and messages were provided (other companies please take note, ) in simple uncluttered language. All very efficient.
