Even built the bedroom side drawers, the staff are like a family there.

Drivers were very pleasant and very efficient. Delivered before window time. Was well packed and easy to assemble. Highly recommend Bensons for Beds. Shop staff in Hamilton were very friendly and helpful.

Great service from the start of my mattress search to delivery

I couldn’t have asked for more. We had been in to Bensons previously, straight away Bozena remembered us & the fact that we liked a firm mattress. She took time to walk us round all the ottoman options, showing us the different options online too. She then took great care to help us select our mattress & pillows. She was friendly & helpful, I would recommend them to anyone.

The manager was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was choosing a bed and mattress for my autistic adult son. They kept me up to date with delivery information and the bed etc arrived on time. The delivery team were lovely and built the bed in no time, then removed the old divan and mattress as planned. The bed looks great. The whole process was very smooth.

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing two single beds from Benson Beds, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked into the store, I was greeted with excellent customer service. A special shout-out to Cameron, the salesperson who assisted me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the range of beds and took the time to understand my needs for my teenagers.

Cameron was very patient and guided me through the various options, explaining the pros and cons of each, which really helped me make an informed decision. His expertise made the process so much easier, and I felt confident in my choices. He even helped with recommendations on the best mattress for comfort and durability.

The beds themselves are fantastic quality, and my teenagers love them! I’m extremely satisfied with both the products and the overall customer service at Benson Beds. I highly recommend them, and Cameron in particular, from the hamilton branch if you’re in the market for new beds or furniture!

Bensons for beds you are so lucky to have Bosena working for your company, I went along to your Hamilton store with my husband who is disabled and was in his mobility scooter, when we arrived we were greeted very warmly, I asked if we could have a look around first and she told us just to give her a shout when we needed her (she was also attending to another couple) as we were trying to make up our minds about a particular mattress my husband sat on it to try it out but as he made his way back onto his scooter he lost his balance and fell to the floor, Bosena was amazing, she came over to first make sure he was ok and then as we were lucky enough to be right next door to a gym she got a couple of big burly young men to help pick my husband up and onto his scooter, she then got him some water and told us just to take all the time we needed, she is also a great saleswoman, very knowledgeable about the products, she helped us pick the ideal mattress for us…thank you Bosena, you are a star ⭐️

Went into local store in Hamilton and purchased new bed, mattress and accessories. Spent over £3500. Was very happy with our choices and made to feel very appreciated from store staff.
Problem came when it was delivered. Mattress plastic cover was torn and mattress sat on wet road which left a dirty mark. Then the mattress was dragged upstairs and paint work on walls was damaged and bannister also damaged as the mattress was dragged to the bedroom. Booked a joiner in to build the TV bed only to find a bracket for the lid was damaged.
Called helpline who were great said don’t worry we will get this sorted.
I now have a new mattress but had to take half day off work for this.
I asked decorator to attend and give me a quote which I sent on the 11/02/25 like requested. Got told it was too expensive. Asked to get another quote or Bensons team would get tradesman in to do it. Calls to the helpline and told someone will get back to me. Up to now nearly a month later have hall and staircase with black marks and scratched paintwork still untouched.
Still waiting for the bracket to be repaired on tv brackets also. Box with a full new end unit arrived today but no call to arrange repair.
Very quick to take money but very poor customer service afterwards. There fault that issues arose and no ownership being taken or consideration to the stress and time off required to fix there issues. I could have had the paintwork complete by now if they had accepted the first quote.

The salesperson, Cameron, was helpful with information regarding types of beds but let me go round the beds and try them without any undue sales pressure. Also explained in good detail the process for delivery, bed care and protection cover for spillages. Very good service

Help and assistance from the Hamilton store manager was excellent. It made selection of our new base, mattress and headboard very straight forward. If delivery is as good as sales, i will be delighted. I will reserve my final review until everything has been satisfactorily delivered on time, as promised.
