The choice available to try in store was outstanding with matching customer service, followed up with comprehensive descriptions online in the easy to navigate webstore allowed me to make an informed decision on which mattress to go for.

The assembly charges where reasonable, but I do feel the takeaway and recycling charges where a bit of a touch. I would like to feel these charges where cost neutral to support good environmental choices. Or maybe have a link to a video of your recycling process to validate the charge.

We went to Benson’s in Botley, Oxford. The gentleman who assisted us was extremely helpful. He was knowledgable about all your products and took time to explain everything to us. And he didn’t push us into making our decision. Very pleased indeed with the service.

I went into both your Witney and Oxford branch. In both I was met by staff who were so helpful, knowledgeable and very patient. I am an elderly, disabled lady and trying beds was difficult, but the help I received was wonderful. Thank you so much, I look forward to Sleeping on my new bed.
