Rita was so helpful
Rita was so helpful and knowledgeable , she listened to our needs and used her experience to make sure we got the 2 beds that suited my 2children. She went above and beyond to please us, waiting patiently while we made our final selection, and we can’t wait for the beds to arrive now.
Great service in the showroom at reading link retail park . She really gave us excellent service and I was happy to purchase based on my experience in the showroom, would highly recommend a visit .

I have a bed for my son 5 years…
I have a bed for my son 5 years warranty they delivered a alternative bed and mattress because of manufacture fault. Its 5months and this bed had a fault. They wont give me my money back 😤 terrible customer service. I sent emails no response. Now want to get a third party to view.....its a new bed and mattress and it's under warranty. I have asked for independent advice.
I sent them photographs.

Richie was very helpful and professional, showed options to our budget and needs, while giving us loads of information. He even assiste solving an unrelated issue with a previous sale, which we were very pleased with. A great experience and would highly recommend.

A welcome in-store was warm and friendly. The salesperson was helpful and informative. Our daughter subsequently visited and was helped in a similar manner. The opportunity to purchase over the phone was much appreciated as was the arrangement for home delivery. All round a quality service thank you!

The sales man was attentive but not in your face which was good
the issue was at the end when he added a mattress cover and insurance claiming it was free but it was in lieu of the 10% discount available
